These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Aviator Changanya Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, General Betting Rules, and the applicable terms of the participating casino games, all available on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.

 

1. Promotion Overview

  • To participate in the Aviator Changanya Promotion, participants must place bets on the Aviator game during the promotion period. Every day, the top 200 users who place the most bets on Aviator will receive 5 x K2, credited to their accounts the following day. For example, if a participant qualifies on 02nd of October, they will receive their 5 x K2 on the 03rd October 2025.

2. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Players must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM CAT on the 03rd of October 2025, and run until 23:59 on the 31st of October 2025.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

4. Freebet Processing

  • The Freebets will be credited to qualifying participants' accounts daily throughout this period. For instance, the Freebets for 02nd October 2025 will be credited to participants’ accounts on the 03rd of October 2025.

5. Qualification Criteria

  • To qualify for the 5 x K2 Freebets, participants must be among the top 200 users who place the most bets on the Aviator game daily.
  • The Aviator Changanya Promotion is only applicable to bets placed on the Aviator game. Bets placed on other games will not be considered for the Freebets under this promotion.

6. Freebet Rules

  • All Freebets awarded under this promotion will expire 24 hours after being credited, based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • If the Freebets are not used within this period, they will be permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
  • For example, if a Freebet is credited to a participant’s account on 03 October 2025 at 17:00, it will expire on 04 October 2025 at 17:00.
  • Bolabet accepts no responsibility for unused or expired Freebets, including where a participant fails to redeem them within the validity period.
  • Freebets cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cashor any other form of value.

7. General Terms and Conditions

 

7.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Aviator Changanya promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

7.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Freebets and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of Freebets and winnings.

 

7.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any freebets and winnings.

 

7.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

7.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

7.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:

  • a) That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
  • b) To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.

7.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed Freebets for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

7.8 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

7.9 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the use or acceptance of any Freebets, or any related activity or decision, including decisions relating to eligibility, prize distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.

Players acknowledge and agree that Bolabet may collect, store, and process their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including but not limited to name, contact details, and betting activity.
