1. Introduction

These terms govern your participation in the Aviator Missions promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and Aviator’s usual Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM CAT on the 17 April 2026 and run until 23:59 on the 17 May 2026.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

4. Aviator Missions - How It Works

  • Each Aviator Mission begins at a specific time during the day and remains active for a limited window. Players must meet the stated real-money betting requirement within the mission timeframe to receive the listed Freebet reward.
  • The missions and reward structure may vary during the promotion period. The full mission details for each time slot will be displayed in-game on the Aviator interface when the mission begins.
  • The Freebet turnover requirements for each mission time slot will also be displayed in-game on the Aviator interface when the mission begins.
  • After each mission during the promotion, the user will be rewarded a Freebet if they have completed the mission tasks successfully.
  • The mission tasks will be clearly explained in the missions section on the Aviator game.
  • The Freebet cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for any other bonus or credit.
  • Freebets are only valid for 24 hours after being credited to the participant’s Bolabet account.
  • The expiration period for a Freebet begins as soon as it is credited to the participant's Bolabet account. For example, if a participant receives the Freebet at 10:00 AM on 17 April 2026, the Freebet will expire at 10:00 AM on 18 April 2026.
  • Participants must use the Freebet within this 24-hour period. After this time, any unused Freebet will be removed from the player's account and cannot be recovered. The exact time of crediting can be found in the participant's account transaction history, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the start and end of the expiration period.

5. Aviator Tournaments - How It Works

  • Each weekend, Tournaments conducted under the Aviator Missions promotion will operate on a leaderboard system. This leaderboard will automatically rank participating users based on the outcome of their bets on the Aviator game during the applicable tournament period. At the end of each tournament, the top-ranked players on the leaderboard will receive Freebets as rewards.
  • The Aviator tournament may vary during the promotion period. The full details for each Aviator Tournament will be displayed in-game on the Aviator interface when the tournament begins and will be clearly explained on the Tournament section on the Aviator game.
  • At the conclusion of each tournament period:
    • All qualifying bets placed by eligible users will be assessed, and the top 50 participants whose bets met the outcome of the tournament will be identified.
    • These participants will be ranked in descending order from the highest to the lowest from the outcome achieved during the tournament period.
    • In the event of a tie (i.e., multiple users achieving the same longest multiplier), precedence may be determined by the time at which the qualifying bet was placed, with the earliest instance receiving the higher position on the leaderboard.
  • The final leaderboard will determine the winners of the tournament, and only the top 50 participants as ranked on this leaderboard will be deemed winners and eligible for the associated prizes.
  • The leaderboard will be visible on the Bolabet platform or as communicated through official promotional channels. All decisions regarding leaderboard rankings and interpretations of qualifying bets shall rest solely with Bolabet, whose decisions shall be final and binding.
  • The Freebet turnover requirements applicable to tournament rewards will be displayed in-game on the Aviator interface or communicated through official promotional channels when the tournament begins.

6. General Terms and Conditions

 

6.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Aviator Missions Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

6.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Free Bets and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of Free Bets and/or winnings.

 

6.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any Free Bets and/or winnings.

 

6.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

6.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

6.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:

  • a) Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
  • b) To receive communications from Bolabet’s sponsors and partners.

6.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any Free Bets for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

6.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

6.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

6.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any free bet from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the use or acceptance of any free bet, or any related activity or decision, including decisions relating to eligibility, free bet distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
