Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promotion Period:

  • Start Date: 2 December 2024
  • End Date: 24 December 2024
  • Draw Date: 24 December 2024 (10:00 hrs)

2. Eligibility and Participation:

  • The promotion is open exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Zambia. Entrants must be physically within Zambian territorial limits at the time of participation.
  • Customers must submit a losing soccer betting ticket worth K20 or more, purchased within the promotional period (02/12/2024 - 24/12/2024), to participate.
  • Participants must write their Full Name, NRC Number and Phone Number on the back of the losing ticket.
  • Tickets must be dropped into designated draw boxes at participating retail outlets.
  • Participants may enter the promotion multiple times, provided each entry meets the minimum ticket value and eligibility requirements.
  • Tickets must be submitted before 12:00 hrs on 24 December 2024 to qualify for the draw. Tickets submitted after this time will not be eligible.

3. Draw Process:

  • The draw will take place on 24 December 2024 at 10:00 hrs in all participating retail shops.
  • Each shop will select five winners through a random draw process conducted by the shop manager.
  • 120 winners will be selected in total (5 winners per shop across 24 shops).
  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their submitted ticket.

5. General Terms and Conditions

 

5.1 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5.7 Bolabet will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or technical malfunctions.

 

5.8 Bolabet will not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in the promotion or the use of any prizes awarded. Bolabet’s total liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded to the participant.

 

5.9 Bolabet reserves the right to verify the age of any participant. If a participant is found to be under the legal gambling age, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited.

 

6. Indemnity and Release

 

6.1 By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to indemnify and hold Bolabet, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise directly or indirectly from:

  • a) Their participation in the promotion;
  • b) The acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize won;
  • c) Any breach of these terms and conditions by the entrant;
  • d) Any conduct by the entrant during or in connection with the promotion that results in harm, damage, or liability to Bolabet or any third party.

6.2 By participating in this promotion, entrants voluntarily release and waive any and all claims they may have against Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from:

  • a) Participation in any promotion-related activities, including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents;
  • b) The acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including any defects in the prize or issues arising from its delivery, installation, or use;
  • c) Any technical issues, malfunctions, or errors associated with the promotion, including issues with the raffle draw process.
