Abaleya 2.0 BolaBus Leaderboard:

1. Promotion Overview

The Abaleya 2.0 promotion rewards players who achieve the highest single-round win multipliers while playing BolaBus during the promotional period. Each day, participants will earn points based on their best single-round multiplier provided it is 3.00x or higher. For example, if a participant achieves a multiplier of 10x in a single round, they will earn 10 points for that day. Only the highest eligible multiplier per day will count towards a player's total score on the leaderboard. Players who consistently record high multipliers stand a chance to win generous Freebets, as outlined in the prize structure under the Promotion Mechanics section below

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Abaleya 2.0 Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, General Betting Rules, and the applicable terms and conditions of the Bolabus game, all available on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM CAT on the 1st August, 2025 and run until 23:59 PM CAT on 21st August, 2025.
• All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
• Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is subject to the following conditions:

• Players must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the territorial limits of Zambia.
• Participation is open only to Bolabet customers holding a valid Bolabet account registered on www.bolabet.co.zm.
• Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding Freebets.
• Employees, officers, and consultants of Bolabet or any of its affiliates (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.

5. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works

• Players earn points each day based on their highest single-round win multiplier.
• Only multipliers of 3.00x or higher will be considered.
• Each player’s highest qualifying multiplier per day will be added to their total score.
• The leaderboard will rank players according to their total accumulated points over the course of the promotion.
• Only real-money bets placed on BolaBus during the promotional period will count towards leaderboard points.
• Freebets will be credited after the promotion ends on 22 August 2025.
• Credited Freebets will be valid for 72 hours from the time they are issued.
• For example, if Freebets are credited on 22 August 2025 at 12:00 PM, they will remain valid until 25 August 2025 at 12:00 PM.
• Once expired, Freebets cannot be reinstated, extended, or exchanged for any alternative value. Players are encouraged to use them within the validity period to avoid forfeiture.
• Freebets are non-withdrawable and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to other games, or withdrawn from the player’s account. They may only be used to place wagers on the BolaBus game. However, any winnings generated from the use of Freebets will be credited as real money and may be withdrawn at the player’s discretion.

6. General Terms and Conditions:

6.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

6.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes, winnings or Freebets suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of winnings.

6.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any Freebets and / or winnings.

6.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences. Participation in this promotion is entirely at the participants own risk.

6.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

6.6. By participating in this promotion, users agree:

6.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed Freebets for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

6.8 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

6.9 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize, winnings or Freebets from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the use or acceptance of any prize, Freebets or winnings, or any related activity or decision, including decisions relating to eligibility, prize distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
