BolaBus Leaderboard:

1. Introduction

Play Bolabus, climb the leaderboard, and win your share of exciting Free Bets. It’s that simple!

These terms govern your participation in the Bolabus Leaderboard Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules, and any additional relevant game terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years old.
• Participation is restricted to Zambian residents only.

4. Promotion Period

• The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM CAT on 18th February 2025 and will end at 11:59 PM CAT on 9th March 2025.
• All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
• Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

5. Promotion Mechanics

• Players earn points based on their highest single-round win multiplier each day:
  • Daily Best Multiplier = Points Earned
• Example: If a player wins 10x their bet, they earn 10 points for that day.
• Only win multipliers of 3x or higher will be counted.
• Only the highest multiplier per day is added to the player’s total score.
• The leaderboard ranks players based on their total accumulated points throughout the promotion period.
• Only bets made with real cash qualify for the promotion. Bonus funds do not count.

6. Qualifying Bets

• Any real-money bet placed on Bolabus during the promotional period qualifies for the leaderboard.
• Only bets meeting the required minimum stake will count towards the leaderboard.

7. Prize Structure

• Any real-money bet placed on Bolabus during the promotional period qualifies for the leaderboard.

• 1st – 10th Place: 5 x K200 Free Bets (Total Prize Pool: K10,000)
• 11th – 20th Place: 5 x K150 Free Bets (Total Prize Pool: K7,500)
• 21st – 50th Place: 5 x K100 Free Bets (Total Prize Pool: K15,000)

• Free Bets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on who reached the final point total first, according to the recorded game timestamps.
• Winners will be announced on the Bolabet website and official communication channels.

8. General Terms and Conditions

8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Bolabus Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of winnings.

8.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

8.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

8.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

8.6. By participating in this promotion, users agree:

8.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

8.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

8.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

8.10 By entering, participating, and/or accepting any prizes, players, entrants, participants, users, and/or winners indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, associate companies, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, arising from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or posse
