2. Promotion Period

  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Promotion Period, suspend, or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding any promotional rewards.

 

4. Participating Providers

 

The following casino game providers are included in the Bola Mania 5% Cash Back promotion:

5. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works

 

  • To participate in the promotion, customers must place real-money bets on games offered by any of the participating providers listed above during a Promotional Day.
  • Cash Back is calculated solely on a participant’s daily net losses across all participating providers. Net loss is calculated using the following formula: Total Bets – Total Winnings = Net Loss. The Cash Back amount is 5% of the net loss incurred during the Promotional Day.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, losses incurred during one Promotional Day cannot be carried forward, combined, or applied toward the minimum qualifying loss requirement for any subsequent Promotional Day.
  • A participant’s Cash Back entitlement is determined based on the aggregate net losses from all participating providers within the same Promotional Day.
  • In order to qualify for Cash Back, a participant must incur a minimum net loss of K300 during a single Promotional Day.
  • Only real-money bets qualify for the purposes of calculating net losses. Bets placed using bonus funds, freebets, or any other promotional credit will not count towards qualifying bets or net loss calculations.
  • Eligible Cash Back amounts will be credited to qualifying customers’ Bolabet accounts by 13:00 CAT on the following day and will appear in the account balance and transaction history.
  • Participants who do not incur a net loss during a Promotional Day will not receive any Cash Back for that day.

6. Cash Back Limits and Qualification

  • A minimum qualifying net loss of K300 must be incurred on eligible bets during the single Promotional Day in order to qualify for Cash Back for that Promotional Day.
  • The minimum Cash Back amount that may be credited to an eligible player is K15.
  • The maximum Cash Back amount per eligible player per Promotional Day is capped at K250.
  • Cash Back amounts will be calculated solely based on qualifying net losses incurred during a single Promotional Day and in accordance with all promotion criteria. Qualifying losses shall not accumulate or roll over across multiple Promotional Days. The calculation of net losses resets at 00:00 at the start of each Promotional Day and closes at 23:59 CAT on that same day.
  • Any Cash Back amounts credited on a previous Promotional Day shall be excluded from the calculation of qualifying net losses for any subsequent Promotional Day.

Example 1 – Player qualifies for Cash Back

 

A customer places qualifying bets on participating casino providers during a single Promotional Day between 00:00 and 23:59 CAT. By the end of the day, the customer has placed total bets of K2,500 and received total winnings of K1,800. This results in a net loss of K200, calculated as Total Bets (K2,500) minus Total Winnings (K1,800). As the customer’s net loss exceeds the minimum qualifying loss of K300 for that Promotional Day, the customer qualifies for Cash Back. The Cash Back amount is calculated as 5% of the net loss, resulting in K35 (K700 × 5%). The customer will therefore receive K35 Cash Back, which will be credited to their Bolabet account by 13:00 CAT on the following day.

 

Example 2 – Player does not qualify for Cash Back

 

A customer places qualifying bets on participating casino providers during a single Promotional Day between 00:00 and 23:59 CAT. During that day, the customer places total bets of K1,200 and receives total winnings of K1,080, resulting in a net loss of K120. The net loss is calculated as Total Bets (K1,200) minus Total Winnings (K1,080). As the minimum qualifying net loss required to receive Cash Back is K300 within a single Promotional Day, the customer does not meet the eligibility threshold and therefore does not qualify for Cash Back for that day. Losses cannot be carried forward or combined with losses from any previous or subsequent Promotional Day, as the net loss calculation resets at 00:00 CAT and closes at 23:59 CAT each day.

 

7. Role and Disclaimer

 

Bolabet manages all aspects of this promotion, including player interactions, transactions, customer support, prize distribution, and compliance matters.

 

Bolabet shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or technical malfunction affecting participation in the promotion, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, software failures, system errors, or any other events beyond Bolabet’s reasonable control.

 

8. General Terms and Conditions

 

8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Bola Mania Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Cash Back amounts and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of Cash Back amounts and/or winnings.

 

8.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any Cash Back amounts and/or winnings.

 

8.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

8.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

8.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:
