7. Promotion Mechanics – Grand Prize Draw

• Promotion Period: 01 December 2025 – 24 December 2025.
• Eligibility: Any Bolabet customer who deposits K25 or more into their Bolabet account during the promotion period.
• Grand Draw Entry: Each deposit of K25 or more earns one (1) entry into the Grand Draw. Larger deposits earn multiple entries. For example, a K100 deposit earns four (4) entries.

9. Promotion Mechanics – How It Works Daily Tasks

• To participate in the Bola Na Christmas promotion, participants must refer to the Promotion Schedule (Section 5). The schedule is updated every Monday and outlines the Daily Tasks for the upcoming week.
• To be eligible for any prizes—including Cash, Freebets, Bonuses, Soccer Jerseys, or Shopping Vouchers—customers must complete the Daily Tasks assigned for each day.
• Winners or selected participants for each Daily Task will be determined strictly in accordance with the Selection Mechanic specified for that task.
• The Selection Mechanic may differ from task to task and may involve random draws, algorithmic or automated selection, fulfilment-based criteria, or time-based triggers.
• Participants are required to review the Selection Mechanic for each Daily Task the day before the task takes place.
• Only entries that meet the Daily Task requirements or selection criteria and comply with these Terms and Conditions will be considered eligible for selection.
• Bolabet reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with, manipulates, or attempts to interfere with the Selection Mechanic.

10. Freebet Usage and Wagering Requirements

Except where a shorter validity period (such as the 24-hour validity specified for certain Freebets in Section 6) is expressly stated for a particular Freebet in these Terms, all Freebets or Bonus credits awarded under this promotion are subject to the following conditions. Only once all of these conditions have been met and the Freebet ticket has won will any resulting real-money winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• Minimum Odds Per Selection: Each selection (match, market, or event) on your Freebet ticket must have minimum odds of 1.20 or higher.
  • Example: If you place a Freebet on three football matches, the odds of each individual match (e.g., Manchester United to win @1.25, Real Madrid to win @1.40, and PSG to win @1.60) all meet the minimum requirement. However, if one of your selections is below 1.20 (for example, @1.15), the ticket will not qualify.
• Minimum Total Number of Selections: Your Freebet ticket must contain at least three (3) selections.
  • Example: You may combine three or more matches — e.g., “Chelsea to win,” “Juventus to win,” and “Bayern Munich to win.” A ticket with only one or two selections will not be accepted when placing a Freebet.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum real-money winnings that can be generated from a Freebet are K3,000. If the outcome of your Freebet ticket results in winnings above K3,000, any amount exceeding that limit will be automatically capped.
  • Example: If your Freebet ticket produces K3,500 in potential winnings, you will receive K3,000 credited to your account — the additional K500 will not be paid.
• Validity: The Freebet or Bonus is valid for 72 hours (3 days) from the exact time it is credited to your Bolabet account. After this time, the Freebet will automatically expire and be permanently removed.
  • Example: If your Freebet is credited on Monday, 3 November 2025 at 14:00 CAT, it must be used before Thursday, 6 November at 14:00 CAT. If not used within this period, it will be forfeited.
• The Sports Freebet/Bonus is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or converted to any other product or credit. It must be used as-is within the Sports betting section of the Bolabet platform. If unused within the 72-hour period, the Freebet will be permanently forfeited.
• Once all wagering conditions have been satisfied, any resulting real money winnings may be withdrawn in accordance with Bolabet’s general withdrawal policy.
• Any winnings generated from a Freebet will be credited as real money to the player’s account, excluding the Freebet stake amount itself.
• Once all wagering conditions have been satisfied, these winnings can be withdrawn in accordance with Bolabet’s General Withdrawal Policy.
  • Example: If you place a K50 Freebet at odds of 2.00 and win, your account will be credited with K50 (your winnings), not K100 (which would have included the Freebet stake). The Freebet stake is not returned.

11. General Terms and Conditions

11.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Bola Na Christmas Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

11.2 In cases of suspected fraud, collusion, abuse of promotion rules, or technical issues beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or irregular play. Any attempts to manipulate outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or engage in artificial patterns of activity (including, without limitation, depositing and withdrawing the same K25 or any amount without any betting activity) will result in immediate disqualification, account blocking, and forfeiture of winnings.

11.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to detect or prevent misuse. Any fraudulent conduct, attempts to manipulate results, or other breaches of these terms will lead to suspension or permanent exclusion from the promotion and forfeiture of any rewards, prizes, or winnings.

11.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

11.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

11.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize or winnings from this promotion, each player agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize, or any related decision made by Bolabet, including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, prize calculations, technical errors, prize expiry, administration, distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
