The Bolabet Top Fan Promotion is here! This social media-based promotion gives participants a chance to win exciting prizes by engaging with Bolabet on Facebook. Stand a chance to win a share of K6,000 in Free Bets by following and engaging on our Facebook page.

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Bolabet Top Fan Promotion (“the promotion”) organized by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as Facebook’s Terms of Service and Rules.

2. How to Participate

 

To enter the Bolabet Top Fan Promotion, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  • Follow the official Bolabet Zambia Facebook page (@BolabetZambia).
  • Share the designated Bolabet Top Fan Promotion post on Facebook.
  • Earn points from engaging – like and comment on our posts, share our posts, and interact with others on our Facebook page.

Each participant is allowed one Facebook account for entry – multiple or fake accounts are not permitted and will lead to disqualification.

 

All three actions above are required for a valid entry.

 

The promotion does not require any purchase or betting activity; entry is free (standard data/internet costs may apply for using Facebook).

 

Bolabet will monitor engagement on the promotional post, and participants who share the post most frequently and engage through likes, comments, and interactions will rank highest in the promotion.

 

The winners will be those with the highest overall engagement points as determined by Bolabet Facebook page insights (combining the number of valid post shares, likes, and comments made).

 

3. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Proof of age (NRC, passport, or driver’s licence) may be required from winners.
  • Participants must be legal residents of Zambia.
  • Participants must have a valid Facebook account and meet all participation requirements in Section 2. The Facebook account used to enter must belong to the individual participant.
  • Participants must act in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • Any use of automated means, excessive spamming of shares/comments, or other fraudulent behaviour is prohibited.

Bolabet reserves the right to verify the eligibility (age, identity, and residency) of any participant or winner at any stage. Entrants agree to provide Bolabet with any proof of eligibility requested. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

 

4. Promotion Period

  • The promotion runs from 12:00 PM CAT on 12 January 2026 until 23:59 PM CAT on 01 February 2026.
  • All times and dates are in Central Africa Time (CAT). Any engagement or actions (follows, shares, comments, likes) completed outside of this period will not be counted.
  • Bolabet’s server time and social media activity logs will be the official time-keeping method for this promotion.

5. Prizes, Draws and Winner Selection

 

NB! For clarity, the term “draw” as used in this promotion does not refer to a random or chance-based selection process. Instead, each “draw” is simply a scheduled prize award date on which Bolabet reviews and confirms the verified engagement metrics accumulated by participants up to that point. The winner for each draw is determined solely on the basis of having the highest validated engagement, and no element of luck, lottery, or randomisation forms part of the winner selection process.

 

Each week, the Top 10 winners will each receive a K200 Freebet on Sport. There will be three (3) draws conducted during the promotion, with Top 10 Free Bets awarded at each draw as follows:

  • Draw 1: 19 January 2026 – Top 10 winners will receive 1 x K200 Free Bet each.
  • Draw 2: 26 January 2026 – Top 10 winners will receive 1 x K200 Free Bet each.
  • Draw 3: 01 February 2026 – Top 10 winners will receive 1 x K200 Free Bet each.

Winner Selection Criteria:

  • Participant engagement will be tracked cumulatively from the start of the promotion until the final draw date.
  • Each draw functions as a checkpoint, awarding K200 Free Bets to the Top 10 participants who have achieved the highest verified level of engagement at that point in time.
  • Engagement is measured by:
    • a. the number of posts liked, shared, and commented on;
    • b. and participation on our live sessions, e.g. when broadcasting Game On With Bolabet Live on Facebook.
  • A participant may win more than one K200 Free Bet if their cumulative engagement remains the highest at multiple checkpoints. Each draw date functions as an independent checkpoint, and the Free Bet for that draw is awarded to the participant who is leading in verified engagement at that specific point in time. However, if another participant overtakes them later in the promotion, that new participant will be eligible to claim the Free Bet allocated to the later draw.
  • Example: If Participant A has the highest engagement between 12 January and the first checkpoint on 19 January, they will win the K200 Free Bets for the first draw. If Participant A continues to lead up to the second checkpoint on 26 January, they may also win the K200 Free Bets for the second draw. However, if Participant B increases their engagement after 26 Janaury and surpasses Participant A before the third checkpoint on 31 January, then Participant B will win the K200 Free Bets for the final draw.

Prize Conditions:

  • Free Bet prizes will be awarded once during the promotion and are limited to the items listed above. Free Bets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative items or for cash.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
  • Any taxes, duties, or levies arising from acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Bolabet’s determination of winners and the calculation of engagement will be final and binding. This includes the verification of all likes, shares, comments, interactions, and participation in live sessions as recorded through Facebook’s insights and Bolabet’s internal monitoring systems. Bolabet reserves the exclusive right to review, confirm, and validate all engagement data, and its assessment will not be open to challenge or negotiation. No participant shall have any claim against Bolabet regarding the interpretation, measurement, or application of engagement metrics used to determine the winners of each draw.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  • Winners will be notified by Bolabet via direct message (DM) on Facebook through the official Bolabet Zambia account shortly after each draw date.
  • Bolabet will attempt to contact the winner within 48 hours of the draw. Winners are not required to be physically present at any draw event or Bolabet location to win or claim their prize.
  • The winner must respond to Bolabet’s notification and provide any requested information (such as full name, NRC verification) within 7 days of the initial contact. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted (due to incorrect contact details or other reasons), or is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms, Bolabet reserves the right to disqualify that winner. In such a case, the prize may be forfeited and Bolabet may, at its discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner (for example, the next-highest engaging participant from that draw’s period) for that prize.
  • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Bolabet may use the winner’s name, Facebook handle, profile picture, and/or likeness for announcing the results and for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes. Such publicity may include announcements on Bolabet’s social media pages, website, or other media. The winner shall not be entitled to any further compensation for such promotional use, and Bolabet will endeavour to comply with any privacy or publicity rights as required by law.
  • Bolabet will not ask for any sensitive personal information via social media. Winners will be guided on secure communication to arrange prize delivery.
  • Winners should allow a reasonable period for prize crediting after responding with their details.

Free Bet Wagering Requirements

 

All Free Bets or Bonus credits awarded under this promotion are subject to the following conditions. Only once all of these conditions have been met and the Free Bet ticket has won will any resulting real-money winnings become eligible for withdrawal:

  • Minimum Odds Per Selection: Each selection (match, market, or event) on your Free Bet ticket must have minimum odds of 1.20 or higher.
    • Example: If you place a Free Bet on three football matches, the odds of each individual match (e.g., Manchester United to win @1.25, Real Madrid to win @1.40, PSG to win @1.60) all meet the minimum requirement. However, if one selection is below 1.20 (e.g., @1.15), the ticket will not qualify.
  • Minimum Total Number of Selections: Your Free Bet ticket must contain at least three (3) selections.
    • Example: You may combine three or more matches — e.g., “Chelsea to win,” “Juventus to win,” and “Bayern Munich to win.” A ticket with only one or two selections will not be accepted.
  • Maximum Payout: The maximum real-money winnings that can be generated from a Free Bet are K3,000. Any amount above this will be capped.
    • Example: If your Free Bet ticket produces K3,500 in potential winnings, you will receive K3,000 credited to your account.
  • Validity: The Free Bet or Bonus is valid for 72 hours (3 days) from the exact time it is credited to your Bolabet account. After this period, it will automatically expire.
    • Example: A Free Bet credited on Monday, 8 December 2025 at 14:00 CAT must be used before Monday, 8 December at 14:00 CAT.
  • Non-transferable: The Sports Free Bet/Bonus is non-transferable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or converted to any other product or credit. It must be used as-is within the Sports betting section.
  • Wagering Conditions: Once all wagering conditions have been satisfied, any resulting real money winnings may be withdrawn in accordance with Bolabet’s general withdrawal policy.
    • Any winnings from a Free Bet exclude the Free Bet stake itself. Example: If you place a K50 Free Bet at odds of 2.00 and win, your account will be credited with K50 (winnings), not K100.
  • Product Restriction: The Free Bet must be used exclusively on Sport Betting tickets. It cannot be used on Virtuals, Aviator, Crash Games, Casino, or other non-Sport products. It must be used in full on a single Sports ticket and cannot be split. Free Bets applied to ineligible markets will be voided.

6. General Terms and Conditions

 

6.1 Bolabet, as the organizer, reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Bolabet may exercise this right for any reason, including (but not limited to) if it becomes necessary to do so due to technical problems, fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other causes beyond Bolabet’s control. In the event of an early termination or modification of the promotion, Bolabet will make an effort to inform participants via official channels. Any prizes not yet awarded at the time of suspension or termination shall be deemed forfeited, and no participant shall have any claim against Bolabet as a result of the modification or cancellation of the promotion.

 

6.2 In cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, cheating, or abuse of the promotion’s rules, or any technical issue that compromises the integrity of the promotion, Bolabet reserves the right to take appropriate action. This includes, but is not limited to, disqualifying any participant involved (or suspected to be involved) in such activities, and/or withholding or withdrawing any prize that such participant would have otherwise won. Any attempt to undermine the fair and proper conduct of this promotion – for example, using multiple accounts, automated scripts, engagement farming, or repetitive spamming of shares/comments beyond reasonable participation – is a violation of these Terms. Such behaviour will result in disqualification from the promotion and potential forfeiture of any prize won. Bolabet’s decision in detecting and addressing fraud or abuse is final.

 

6.3 Bolabet reserves the right to monitor all participation in this promotion. This includes reviewing social media activities related to the promotion (follows, shares, likes, comments, interactions on Facebook) to ensure compliance with these Terms. Participants found to be in violation of the rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner may be barred from the promotion at Bolabet’s discretion. Bolabet also reserves the right to disable or ignore specific entries or engagement actions that are deemed to be illegitimate or in violation of Facebook’s platform rules (for example, deleting spam comments or discounting bot-driven shares or interactions).

 

6.4 Bolabet is not responsible or liable for any technical problems or failures which may affect participation in the promotion. This includes, without limitation, problems with internet connectivity, Facebook platform outages, API limitations, server or system crashes, network bandwidth issues, or any software or hardware malfunctions. Participants acknowledge that these issues can occur and are beyond Bolabet’s control. Bolabet shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from such technical difficulties. If a technical error results in an obvious mistake in the promotion (such as an incorrect calculation of engagement), Bolabet reserves the right to reasonably correct the error and fairly resolve the outcome in line with the intended rules of the promotion.

 

6.5 It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their participation in this promotion is legal under the laws of Zambia (and any other laws that might apply to them). By entering, participants warrant that they are not breaching any laws or regulations by participating. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entry or disqualify any participant if it has reason to believe that participating or attempting to claim a prize would violate any law or regulatory requirement. No prize will be awarded to any participant who is barred by law from receiving it or where the promotion is prohibited or restricted.

 

6.6 By participating in the promotion, each participant consents to Bolabet’s collection, processing, and use of the personal information required for the administration of the promotion. This may include the participant’s name, Facebook handle, contact information, and any other details provided by the participant or through Facebook. Bolabet will use this information solely for the purposes of running the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and related publicity (as described in Section 5). Participants further agree that Bolabet may announce winners’ names or social media handles publicly. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Bolabet’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Participants acknowledge that Bolabet may store and use their details for promotion administration and fulfilment, and may use standard technologies (such as cookies or tracking mechanisms on its website, if applicable) to monitor participation patterns, detect fraudulent entries, and ensure integrity of the promotion. Participants have the right to request access to, or correction of, their personal data as provided by law, by contacting Bolabet Customer Support. By entering this promotion, participants also agree to receive communications from Bolabet related to the promotion. Marketing communications from Bolabet or its partners may be sent where applicable, with the option to opt out of such marketing at any time.

 

6.7 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. It is also not sponsored or endorsed by Twitter (X) or Instagram. Facebook’s name and trademarks are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc., and are only used here for descriptive purposes. All participants completely release Facebook (and any other social media platform on which this promotion is advertised) from any liability or responsibility in connection with the promotion. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Bolabet and not to Facebook or any other platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Bolabet, not to Facebook.

 

6.8 This promotion is not open to directors, officers, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet or any associated service providers, including their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

6.9 By entering and/or accepting a prize, participants and winners agree that they do so at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant and winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bolabet (including its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates) and all of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from or in connection with:

  • i. the participant’s involvement in the promotion,
  • ii. the participant’s breach of these Terms,
  • iii. the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or
  • iv. any other matter relating to the promotion.

 

Bolabet shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Participation in this promotion constitutes the participant’s agreement that Bolabet and its representatives are not responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize. This indemnification obligation will survive the conclusion of the promotion.

 

6.10 In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding any aspect of the promotion (including but not limited to eligibility determinations, engagement calculations, winner selection, or prize distribution), the matter will be referred to Bolabet’s management for resolution. Bolabet’s decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If you have a concern or dispute, you may contact Bolabet Customer Support to raise the issue. Bolabet will handle disputes in good faith. 6.12 Every participant in the Bolabet Top Fan Promotion is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by virtue of their participation. Submission of engagement (follows, shares, likes, comments, interactions) in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you should refrain from participating. Bolabet reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or who refuses to comply with reasonable requests from Bolabet in connection with their entry or prize.

 

6.13 These Terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of Zambia. By participating, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia for the resolution of any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the promotion.

 

6.14 Every player participating in the promotion shall be deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these rules and terms by virtue of their participation in this promotion.
