1. Introduction
Your losses turn into cash! With our exclusive VIP Cashback Promotion, we’re giving you up to 10% cashback on your REAL MONEY LOSSES from the previous week.
For the purpose of this promotion, “real money losses” refer exclusively to the net loss of funds deposited and wagered by the player using cash (real money) on qualifying products (Crash games, Slots, Casino games, or Sports betting) during the applicable promotion period.
Real money losses are calculated as the total amount of real money stakes placed on qualifying bets, less any winnings or returns from those bets, and do not include stakes placed using bonuses, freebets, promotional credits, or any other non-cash incentives.
These terms govern your participation in the VIP Cashback Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, and Bolabet’s General Betting Rules.
2. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old to participate.
- Participation is restricted to Zambian residents only.
- This promotion is open exclusively to users registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.
3. Promotion Period
- The VIP Cashback Promotion is an ongoing weekly promotion unless otherwise amended by Bolabet.
- All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
- Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
4. Promotion Mechanics – How It Works
- Place a real money bet on any Crash game, Slot, Casino game, or Sports betting market.
- At the end of each week, Bolabet will calculate your net losses from the previous week.
- Receive up to 10% cashback – credited directly to your Bolabet account every Tuesday.
- The maximum cashback per week is capped based on your VIP Tier.
5. VIP Tiers and Rewards
The Bolabet VIP Cashback Promotion categorises players into four tiers based on their total deposit value in a given calendar month. Each tier carries specific benefits as outlined below:
5.1 Tier Qualification Criteria
Players shall qualify for a VIP Tier based on the cumulative value of deposits made into their Bolabet account during the calendar month:
- Tier 1 – Players who deposit a total of ZMW200,000 or more
- Tier 2 – Players who deposit a total of ZMW100,000 or more but less than ZMW200,000
- Tier 3 – Players who deposit a total of ZMW50,000 or more but less than ZMW100,000
- Tier 4 – Players who deposit a total of ZMW30,000 or more but less than ZMW50,000
VIP Tier status is automatically reviewed at the beginning of each calendar month based on the total deposit value in the preceding month. Players must maintain the minimum deposit thresholds to retain their tier status.
5.2 Cashback and Rewards by Tier
- Tier 1: Eligible for up to 10% cashback on real money losses, capped at ZMW25,000 per week
- Tier 2: Eligible for up to 10% cashback on real money losses, capped at ZMW10,000 per week
- Tier 3: Eligible for weekly Freebets redeemable on Sport or Aviator
- Tier 4: Eligible for weekly Freebets redeemable on Sport or Aviator
6. Additional Perks
- Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 customers will receive complimentary access to the Bolabet VIP Shop at East Park Mall in Lusaka.
- Customers in these tiers are entitled to one complimentary meal and drink per month.
- Free WiFi access will also be provided to VIP customers visiting the shop.
7. Forfeiture
- Customers who drop out of any VIP tier will no longer be eligible for cashback or freebet rewards associated with the Bolabet VIP Programme.
8. Winnings & Payouts
- Cashback will be processed and credited directly to eligible customers’ Bolabet accounts every Tuesday.
- Cashback amounts are subject to the limits stated for each VIP tier.
- All cashback or freebet rewards are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Cashback or freebets cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to any other person, nor redeemed for any alternative compensation.
9. Terms and Conditions:
9.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the VIP Cashback Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
9.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any cashback or freebets suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in disqualification and forfeiture of benefits.
9.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
9.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.
9.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries or disqualify any user if participation breaches legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.
9.6 By participating in the promotion, participants agree:
- a) Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
- b) To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.

9.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed cashback or freebets for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.
9.8 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
9.9 By entering and participating, players, entrants, and/or users indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of any cashback or freebet.
