1. Promotion Overview

 

Get ready to turn your “almost wins” into real prizes with Bolabet’s Christmas Lotto Rush Retail Losing Ticket Promotion, starting on 01 December 2025 to 24 December 2025. Every losing ticket gives you a chance to win a share of K37,800 in weekly betting vouchers, with weekly draws throughout the promotion period.

 

All weekly winners from each Bolabet Shop will be entered into a grand draw to win a share of K42,000 in shopping vouchers, giving you even more opportunities to celebrate this festive season. Even your losing tickets could be your winning moment with Bolabet.

 

These terms govern your participation in the Bolabet Christmas Lotto Rush Retail Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and all the usual iSlotto Terms and Conditions which are all available in store and on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.

 

2. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will run from 12:00 PM CAT on 01 December 2025 to 11:30 AM CAT on 24 December 2025.
  • Lotto losing tickets dated prior to 01 December 2025 will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified from the promotion.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined according to Central African Time (CAT)

3. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively through in-person participation at Bolabet Zambia retail locations in Zambia.
  • A valid losing lotto ticket purchased from any participating Bolabet shop qualifies for entry.

Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

 

4. How It Works

  • To qualify, customers must place a real money bet of at least K5 on any iSlotto game at participating Bolabet Shops between 01 December 2025 and 24 December 2025. Any tickets placed below the minimum real money bet requirement will not qualify for this promotion.
  • Each losing ticket placed with a real money minimum bet of K5 equals one (1) entry into the draw. The more entries, the higher your chance of winning.
  • Only losing tickets are eligible for entry into the draw.
  • Customers must write their full name, NRC number, and phone number on the back of the losing ticket and place it into the promotion box at the respective participating Bolabet shops.
  • Losing tickets must be submitted by 13:30 PM CAT every Saturday to qualify for that week’s draw. Late entries will be included in the following week’s draw.
  • Customers may submit as many losing tickets as they wish; however, all entries must be submitted at the same participating Bolabet shop. Entries submitted across multiple shops by the same customer will be considered invalid and disqualified from the promotion.

7. Weekly Draws

  • Weekly Draws will be conducted every Saturday at 14:00 CAT at participating Bolabet shops.
  • Every Saturday during the promotion period, three winners will be drawn at random in the weekly giveaway.
  • Draw dates are as follows:
    • 1st Draw: 06 December 2025
    • 2nd Draw: 13 December 2025
    • 3rd Draw: 20 December 2025
  • Draws will be conducted by a Bolabet team member and supervised by an Internal Auditor.

8. Grand Draw

  • The Grand Draw will take place on Wednesday, 24 December 2025, at 11:00 CAT.
  • All weekly winners from Weeks 1 to 3 will automatically be entered into the Grand Draw at their respective Bolabet shops.
  • Each Bolabet shop will have one Grand Draw winner.

9. Prizes

  • Each weekly draw (Weeks 1-3) will award the following prizes:
    • 1st Prize: K300 Betting Voucher
    • 2nd Prize: K200 Betting Voucher
    • 3rd Prize: K100 Betting Voucher
  • The Grand Draw (24 December 2025) will award the following prizes at each of the 21 participating Bolabet shops:
    • K2,000 Shopping Voucher redeemable at Shoprite Zambia.
  • Prizes awarded under this promotion are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. No substitutions will be permitted unless determined otherwise at Bolabet’s sole discretion.
  • In the event that any of the above prizes are unavailable, discontinued, or otherwise cannot be procured for reasons beyond Bolabet’s reasonable control, Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater retail value. Bolabet shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, loss, or claim arising from such substitution, and no alternative, transfer, or cash redemption will be permitted unless expressly authorised by Bolabet in writing.

10. Prize Collection

  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their winning tickets or, where applicable, through their Bolabet account.
  • Winners must present a valid ID along with the original winning slip or confirmation message when collecting prizes.
  • All prizes must be collected within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of their prize.

11. General Terms and Conditions

 

11.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Bolabet Christmas iSlotto Rush Retail Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

11.2 In cases of suspected fraud, collusion, abuse of promotion rules, or technical issues beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or irregular play. Any attempts to manipulate outcomes, submit falsified tickets, or exploit system or shop-level vulnerabilities will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of winnings.

 

11.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities and submitted tickets to detect or prevent misuse. Any fraudulent conduct, attempts to manipulate results, or other breaches of these terms will lead to suspension or permanent exclusion from the promotion and forfeiture of any rewards, prizes, or winnings.

 

11.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, software malfunctions, or operational interruptions at participating retail shops. Players acknowledge the possibility of such interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for these occurrences.

 

11.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable Zambian laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries that breach legal requirements within the participant’s jurisdiction.

 

11.6 By participating in this promotion, users agree:

  • That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes, including ticket verification and winner contact.
  • To receive communications from Bolabet, its sponsors, and partners relating to this promotion.

11.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

11.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

11.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any persons who directly or indirectly control or are controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

11.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize or winnings from this promotion, each player agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize, or any related decision made by Bolabet, including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, prize calculations, technical errors, prize expiry, administration, distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
