2. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participation is restricted to Zambian residents only.
  • This promotion is open exclusively to users registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence at 00:00 PM UTC +2 on 25th September and will end at 11:59 PM UTC +2 on 19th November 2025.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • Bolabet Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or fully terminate the “Drops & Wins” promotion at any time and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to cases of technical errors, regulatory requirements, or security concerns. Bolabet may exercise this right without prior notice to players. Players acknowledge that Bolabet’s decision in this regard shall be final, and by participating, they accept that the promotion’s continuation is subject to Bolabet’s operational discretion.

4. Participation Requirements

  • To participate in Daily Tournaments or Weekly Wheel Drop, players must opt-in by joining any participating Pragmatic Play games on the Bolabet platform.
  • Qualifying Bets:
    • Any real-money spin counts as a Qualifying Bet.
    • For tournaments, a minimum bet of the ZMW equivalent of €0.15 is required.
  • Currency:
    • All wagers, prizes, and multipliers are calculated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW), based on conversion rates provided by Pragmatic Play.
    • It is the players sole responsibility to verify the Zambian Kwacha equivalent of €0.15. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, this amount should be checked before every bet is placed. Participants can verify the current exchange rate and ensure they are placing the correct bet amount in Zambian Kwacha by visiting the following website: www.oanda.com. If the bet placed by the participant is less than the Zambian Kwacha equivalent of €0.15, the participant will not qualify for the promotion.
    • Bolabet does not accept any responsibility or liability for bets placed incorrectly. It is imperative that participants take the necessary steps to verify the exchange rate and ensure their bets meet the minimum required amount in Zambian Kwacha. Failure to do so will result in the player not receiving the possible prizes listed under 5. Promotion Structure below.
    • Bolabet disclaims liability for bets placed incorrectly due to exchange rate discrepancies, and players will not be compensated for losses or misunderstandings arising from this issue.
    • Bolabet will not compensate any participant for any losses or misunderstandings arising from incorrect bet placements due to exchange rate fluctuations. Participants are advised to regularly check the exchange rate before placing each bet to avoid any discrepancies.

5. Promotion Structure

  • The promotion consists of Weekly Wheel Drops and Daily Tournaments, each offering specific rewards.
  • Weekly Wheel Drops:
    • Real-money spins may randomly trigger a Free Spins Bonus or Instant Bonus.
    • Prizes may include multipliers of the qualifying bet. If the qualifying bet exceeds the equivalent of €1, payouts are capped at the €1 equivalent in ZMW.
    • Free Spins and Instant Bonuses awarded must be used within seven days and are exempt from wagering requirements.
    • If a winning spin exceeds €1 (or its equivalent in ZMW), the multiplier prize will apply only to the first €1 (or its equivalent in ZMW), with the remaining bet value excluded from the multiplier calculation. For instance, a winning spin with a €2 (or its equivalent in ZMW), bet will only apply the multiplier to €1 (or its equivalent in ZMW).
  • Daily Tournaments:
    • Players earn points based on win multipliers relative to their bet amount. Prizes are awarded based on leaderboard position.
    • The leaderboard updates in real-time, allowing players to track their standings.
    • Bets that involve bonus features (e.g., Bonus Buy) calculate scores based on the full amount spent on the feature.
    • Leaderboard Scoring in the Event of a Tie: If two or more players finish with the same score, the player who reached the score first will be ranked higher on the leaderboard.
    • Each Daily Tournament will count only the first 5,000 qualifying bets per player towards leaderboard standings. Bets placed after this limit will not be eligible for leaderboard scoring or prizes in that tournament.
  • Prize pools and specific prizes available may vary by promotional period. Players can view the current prize tables, including potential cash and bonus awards, directly within the participating games under the “Prizes” tab. Prizes and amounts are subject to adjustment at Bolabet’s discretion.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes in Daily Tournaments are paid into your Bolabet account wallet, while Daily Prize Drops may include cash Bolabet account wallet, Free Spins Bonuses, or Instant Bonuses.
  • Free Spins Bonuses and Instant Bonuses are directly linked to the participating game where the bonus was won. These bonuses have no wagering requirements and will be credited immediately. Each Free Spins or Instant Bonus must be used within seven days of issuance, after which it will expire.
  • All prizes are free from wagering requirements, meaning players can withdraw winnings immediately subject to the deduction of applicable tax under Zambian law.
  • Prizes will be credited to the player’s account within 72 hours of the end of each tournament or prize drop day.

7. Game Mechanics

  • Leaderboards in tournaments are updated live within the game interface.
  • Players can monitor their ranking and progress in real-time by viewing the leaderboard within the participating game’s interface, accessible at any time during gameplay.
  • Players must opt-in to participate in each eligible game and may win multiple times within a single day.
  • The list of participating games is available on Bolabet’s website or through customer support. Participating games may be updated monthly by Pragmatic Play, and Bolabet will notify players of these updates.

8. Pragmatic Play’s Role and Disclaimer

 

Pragmatic Play operates the promotion software but does not manage player interactions, which are handled by Bolabet. Any amendments to the promotion’s mechanics by Pragmatic Play will be communicated to Bolabet, and Bolabet will update players accordingly.

 

9. General Terms and Conditions:

 

9.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or modify the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

 

9.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion's integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw the prizes (in whichever from they may be awarded) and any winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud.

 

9.3 Bolabet and Pragmatic Play reserve the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions or attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in forfeiture of winnings.

 

9.4 Bolabet and Pragmatic Play hold no responsibility for disruptions caused by technical issues, including internet connectivity or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

9.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure participation complies with all local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements.

 

9.6 By participating in this promotion, users agree:

9.8 By participating in the promotion, every participant is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

9.9 The promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

9.10 By entering, participating, and/or accepting any prizes (in whichever from they may be awarded), players, entrants, participants, users, and/or winners indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims, or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of prizes, and/or participation (or nonparticipation) in a promotion - related activity.
