Bolabet Company Limited – Terms and Conditions for Pragmatic Play’s “Drops & Wins” Games

 

1. Introduction

 

These terms govern your participation in the “Drops & Wins” promotion offered through Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”) in collaboration with Pragmatic Play. By joining this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s standard Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules, and Pragmatic Play’s promotion rules. This promotion includes Daily Tournaments and Weekly Wheel Drops.

 

This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play across multiple participating operators. Prizes referred to in these terms are awarded across the network of participating operators and are not limited solely to Bolabet players.

Participating games may be updated periodically by Pragmatic Play.

 

3. Eligibility

 

3.1 This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

3.2 Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding any promotional rewards.

 

4. Promotion Period

  • 4.1 The promotion will commence from 4 March 2026 at 20:01 CAT until 3 March 2027 at 20:59 CAT (the “Promotional Term”).
  • 4.2 All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • 4.3 Bolabet Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or fully terminate the “Drops & Wins” promotion at any time and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to cases of technical errors, regulatory requirements, or security concerns.

5. Participation Requirements

 

To participate in Daily Tournaments or Weekly Wheel Drops, players must opt-in through the promotional interface displayed when entering a participating Pragmatic Play game.

 

6. Qualifying Bets

  • Any real-money spin counts as a Qualifying Bet.
  • For Tournaments and Weekly Wheel Drops, a minimum bet of ZMW 3.75 is required.

7. Promotion Structure

 

The promotion consists of Weekly Wheel Drops and Daily Tournaments, each offering specific rewards.

 

7.1 Weekly Wheel Drops

  • The Drops and Wins Weekly Wheel Drops are available on selected slot games from 4 March 2026 at 20:01 CAT until 3 March 2027 at 20:59 CAT.
  • The Promotional Term will run from Wednesday to Wednesday each week.
  • To participate in the Weekly Wheel Drop, participants are required to opt-in every week in any of the participating games through the promotional welcome pop-up message. Once opted-in, participants will qualify for the entire week.
  • If participants choose to opt-out, they will be excluded from that week’s Weekly Wheel Drop and may opt-in again for the subsequent Weekly Wheel Drops.

Wheel Piece Collection

  • To qualify for a random prize, participants must place a real-money spin of a minimum of ZMW 3.75 on a participating game and collect all three (3) wheel pieces.
  • Wheel pieces are solely used to qualify for random prizes and do not award any other rewards until the wheel is complete.
  • If you only collect one or two wheel pieces without completing the wheel, you do not qualify for a random prize.
  • Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on any qualifying bet, with one piece awarded at a time. Once the first wheel piece is collected, you become eligible to collect the remaining pieces until all three (3) are obtained.
  • Players can track their wheel piece collection via the promotional in-game interface.
  • Wheel pieces collected but not completed by the end of a Weekly Wheel Drop period will not be carried over into the following week and will reset at the start of the next Weekly Wheel Drop.

Example:

  • First piece: You place a bet of ZMW 3.75 and win the first wheel piece. No prize is awarded yet.
  • Second piece: You place a bet of ZMW 5 and trigger the second wheel piece. Still no prize; you remain eligible for the third piece.
  • Third piece: You place a bet of ZMW 3.75 and trigger the third wheel piece. The wheel is now complete.
  • Spin the wheel: You tap the screen to spin and are awarded one (1) random prize.

What You Can Win in a Weekly Wheel Drop:

  • There are a total of ninety-six thousand and nine hundred (96,900) weekly prizes available during the Promotion across the Pragmatic Play promotional network.
  • These prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake [multiplier received multiplied by (x) bet stake], where the bet stake cannot exceed ZMW 25 for prize payout.
  • Multiplier prizes are applied to the Qualifying Bet up to ZMW 25 that triggered the final wheel piece.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, multiplier prizes are calculated solely on the stake of the Qualifying Bet that triggered the final wheel piece and are subject to the maximum qualifying stake limit of ZMW 25, regardless of the total stake or betting activity preceding the prize trigger.
  • All prize types and quantities are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game.
  • You may win a maximum of two (2) prizes per player during each Weekly Wheel Drop.

7.2 Daily Tournaments

 

Claim your share of daily prizes with Pragmatic Play. Win up to ZMW 75,000 in cash prizes from participating slot games.

 

How To Play:

  • 1. Place your bet: Play at least one (1) real money spin of ZMW 3.75 on any participating game.
  • 2. Collect points: The score is based on the total sum of all win multipliers (win/bet >1) achieved.
  • 3. Win prizes: Win up to ZMW 75,000 in cash based on your final position on the leaderboard.

Daily Tournaments – How It Works:

  • Each Daily Tournament runs for 24 hours and forms part of the weekly Wednesday-to-Wednesday cycle.
  • To participate, you must opt in once per week in any participating game through the promotional welcome pop-up.
  • Once opted in, you are automatically entered into all Daily Tournaments for that week.

How To Win In A Daily Tournament:

  • To qualify for a prize, you must place a real-money spin on any participating game with a minimum bet stake of ZMW 3.75.
  • Your score is calculated as the total sum of all win multipliers achieved during a Daily Tournament.
  • Tournament points reset to zero (0) at the start of every new Daily Tournament.
  • Only the first five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Bets placed across the Pragmatic Play promotional network will count toward the leaderboard, after which additional bets will no longer accumulate tournament points (“Qualifying Bets Limit”).
  • Once the Qualifying Bets Limit has been reached, further bets placed by any player will continue to be accepted as normal gameplay but will not accumulate additional tournament points.
  • The Qualifying Bets Limit resets at the start of each new Tournament.
  • Jackpot wins of any type do not count toward the leaderboard score.
  • In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who achieved the points score first.

8. Prizes

  • Prizes in Daily Tournaments are paid into your Bolabet account wallet, while Weekly Wheel Drops may include cash rewards, Free Spins Bonuses, or Instant Bonuses.
  • Free Spins Bonuses and Instant Bonuses are directly linked to the participating game where the bonus was won.
  • These bonuses have no wagering requirements and will be credited immediately.
  • Each Free Spins or Instant Bonus must be used within seven (7) days of issuance, after which it will expire.
  • All prizes are free from wagering requirements, meaning players can withdraw winnings immediately subject to the deduction of applicable tax under Zambian law.
  • Prizes will be credited to the player’s account within 72 hours of the end of each tournament or prize drop day.

9. Game Mechanics

  • Leaderboards in tournaments are updated live within the game interface.
  • Players can monitor their ranking and progress in real-time by viewing the leaderboard within the participating game’s interface.

10. Pragmatic Play’s Role and Disclaimer

 

Pragmatic Play operates the promotion software and promotional infrastructure for the Drops & Wins campaign but does not manage player interactions, which are handled by Bolabet.

 

Any amendments to the promotion mechanics by Pragmatic Play will be communicated to Bolabet, and Bolabet will update players accordingly.

 

The operation of the Drops & Wins promotion relies on the promotional systems and infrastructure provided by Pragmatic Play. Bolabet shall not be responsible for errors, interruptions, delays, or prize allocation issues arising from the operation of the Pragmatic Play promotional system.

 

11. General Terms and Conditions

 

11.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Drops & Wins promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, where this is reasonably necessary due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond Bolabet’s control.

 

11.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes, bonuses, or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of prizes, bonuses, and/or winnings.

 

11.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of any prizes, bonuses, and/or winnings.

 

11.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, server errors, software malfunctions, or any other disruptions beyond Bolabet’s reasonable control. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

11.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that their participation in the promotion complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. Bolabet reserves the right to void any participation that breaches legal or regulatory requirements.

 

11.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree that Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, distributing prizes, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

 

11.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any prizes for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents in this regard.

 

11.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

11.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers involved in the promotion, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

11.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prizes from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind – whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential – arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any prizes or any related activity or decision made by Bolabet, including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying bets, leaderboard scoring, prize calculations, prize distribution, or cancellation, suspension, or amendment of the promotion.
