EVOLYMPICS 2024 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. The “Evolympics 2024” Promotion will run from 00:00 (UTC+2) on 26th July 2024 until 23:59 (UTC+2) on 11th August 2024.

 

2. The Promotion will run on the following games:

3. Each Game Round played on any of the tables, gameshows and slots included in the Promotion throughout the Promotional Period will grant the participants 1 point towards the “Evolympics 2024” tournament. The Top 3 participants, based on points accumulated in the Leaderboard will share total prize of €10,000 (or Zambia Kwacha currency equivalent).

 

4. The Prize Payout table will be as follows for the distribution of the €10,000 (+-ZMW 280,000.00) total prize:

 

  • Rank 1 = € 5,000 (+- ZMW 140,000.00)
  • Rank 2 = € 3,000 (+- ZMW 84,000.00)
  • Rank 3 = € 2,000 (+- ZMW 56,000.00)

 

5. The Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) amounts referenced in point 4 above are variable due to the inherent fluctuations in the exchange rate between the Zambian Kwacha and other currencies, particularly the Euro (€). Exchange rates can be influenced by a multitude of factors including economic conditions, market speculation, geopolitical events, and changes in national monetary policies. Consequently, the exact Zambian Kwacha amounts that will be paid out to the winners are not fixed and will depend on the prevailing exchange rate at the conclusion of the promotion.

 

6. This means that while the promotional terms might stipulate a payout in Zambian Kwacha, the actual value in Euros that participants receive can vary. For instance, if the exchange rate shifts unfavourably during the promotional period, the Zambian Kwacha amount equivalent to a specific Euro value may decrease, thereby affecting the final payout amount. Conversely, a favourable shift in the exchange rate would increase the Zambian Kwacha equivalent.

7. It is important for participants to be aware of these potential fluctuations and to understand that the final amount they receive will be based on the exchange rate at the time the promotion concludes, not at the time of their participation or at the start of the promotion. 8. The points towards the leaderboard will be allocated, regardless of whether the outcome of the game round has the participant winning or losing.

Failure to do so will result in the participant not receiving the point towards the “Evolympics 2024” tournament. Bolabet Company Limited will not compensate any participant for any losses or misunderstandings arising from incorrect bet placements due to exchange rate fluctuations.
