Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promotion Period:

  • Start Date: 19 October 2024
  • Final Weekly Draw: 30 November 2024

2. Eligibility and Participation:

  • The promotion is open exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Zambia. Entrants must be physically within Zambian territorial limits at the time of participation.
  • Customers who purchase a Deposit Voucher worth K20 or more at any Bolabet retail shop are eligible to participate.
  • After purchasing and redeeming the Deposit Voucher in their Bolabet Account, participants must write their Full Name, NRC Number and Phone Number on the back of the redeemed Deposit Voucher Slip and drop it into the designated Fakamo Uwine Promotional Drop Box instore.
  • Participants may enter the promotion multiple times, provided each entry is linked to a Bolabet in-store voucher purchase of K20 or more. There is no limit to the number of times a participant may enter the promotion.
  • Vouchers must be submitted by 12:30 PM each Saturday to qualify for that week’s draw. Entries submitted after this time will be included in the following week’s draw.

3. Weekly Draws:

  • Weekly draws will take place every Saturday at 1:00 PM in all 24 Bolabet retail shops. The first draw will occur on 26 October 2024, and the final weekly draw will occur on 30 November 2024.
  • Each shop will select 10 winners through a random draw process conducted by the shop manager.
  • 240 winners will be selected weekly across all shops (10 winners per shop x 24 shops).
  • Winners will be announced in-store immediately following the draw.
  • Winners must claim their prizes at the Bolabet shop where they entered the promotion. Valid identification matching the entry ticket details must be presented when collecting prizes.

4. Weekly Prizes Per Shop:

  • 2 x Solar Lights – The first and second participants drawn will each win a solar light.
  • 2 x Power Banks – The third and fourth participants drawn will each win a power bank.
  • 1 x Maize Meal Pack – The fifth participant drawn will win a maize meal pack.
  • 1 x Cooking Oil Bottle – The sixth participant drawn will win a bottle of cooking oil.
  • 4 x K50 Aviator Betting Vouchers – The seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth participants drawn will each win an online betting voucher worth K50.

5. Grand Draw:

  • Date: 01 December 2024
  • There will be a total of 3 Grand prize winners
  • The 3 winners will be drawn from the pool of existing entries throughout the promotion period for the grand draw.
  • All voucher slips submitted throughout the promotion period are eligible for the grand draw, including those from previous weeks.

6. General Terms and Conditions:

 

6.1 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

 

6.2 By participating in this promotion, entrants fully accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Bolabet’s decisions regarding any aspect of the promotion, including prize selection and participant eligibility, are final and binding.

 

6.3 Bolabet will collect and process participants’ personal information in compliance with Zambia’s Data Protection Act of 2021. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Participants may review Bolabet’s Privacy Policy on its website.

 

6.4 By entering the promotion, participants consent to receiving promotional communications from Bolabet and its sponsors or partners. Participants may opt-out of these communications at any time.

 

6.5 Participants agree to the use of their names, images, and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

6.6 Bolabet reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, including extending or shortening the promotion period. Any such changes will be communicated through official channels and will be binding from the time of publication.

 

6.7 Bolabet will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or technical malfunctions.

6.8 Bolabet will not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from participation in the promotion or the use of any prizes awarded. Bolabet’s total liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded to the participant.

 

6.9 Bolabet reserves the right to verify the age of any participant. If a participant is found to be under the legal gambling age, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited.

 

7. Indemnity and Release:

 

7.1 By participating this promotion entrants agree to indemnify and hold Bolabet, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise directly or indirectly from:

  • a) Their participation in the promotion;
  • b) The acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize won;
  • c) Any breach of these terms and conditions by the entrant;
  • d) Any conduct by the entrant during or in connection with the promotion that results in harm, damage, or liability to Bolabet or any third party.

7.2 By participating in this promotion entrants voluntarily release and waive any and all claims they may have against Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from:

  • a) Participation in any promotion-related activities, including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents;
  • b) The acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including any defects in the prize or issues arising from its delivery, installation, or use;
  • c) Any technical issues, malfunctions, or errors associated with the promotion, including issues with the raffle draw process.

7.3 Entrants acknowledge and agree that Bolabet’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion, the selection of winners, the awarding of prizes, and the interpretation of these terms are final and binding. Entrants further agree to waive any right to legal action, claims, or disputes against Bolabet relating to the promotion, including claims of unfairness, bias, or technical errors in the promotion process.

 

7.4 By participating in the promotion, entrants accept full responsibility for their actions and assume any and all risks associated with the promotion and the receipt or use of any prizes, including but not limited to any travel, participation in events, or interactions with third parties involved in delivering or facilitating the promotion or prize redemption process.
