Bolabet Company Limited - Terms and Conditions for Share Your Festive Bets Promotion

Share Your Festive Bets is a promotional offer by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”) that rewards customers for sharing their bet booking codes. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are specific to Share Your Festive Bets Promotion and supplement Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and Terms and Conditions of Use.

Promotion Period

This promotion is valid from its launch date until 31 January 2026, 23:59 CAT, after which it will automatically end. Bolabet may terminate the promotion earlier or extend it at its sole discretion. Any early termination or extension will be communicated on the Bolabet platform.
All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.

Eligibility

The promotion is open only to individuals who have a valid Bolabet Zambia betting account in their own name (new or existing customers). Participants must log in to their Bolabet account in order to participate in this promotion.
Participation in this promotion and in all Bolabet betting activities is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or older.
Participation is restricted to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia The ‘Share Your Festive Bets’ booking codes and rewards are only valid for bets placed within Zambia. Customers outside Zambia are not eligible to generate or use these promotional booking codes.
Each person may participate with only one Bolabet account. Multiple accounts per individual (including using alternate names or contact details) are not allowed and will lead to disqualification. All entries or bets from accounts determined to belong to a disqualified or duplicate user will be void.
The promotion is not open to Bolabet employees or agents, affiliates, and their immediate family or household members. Specifically, directors, partners, employees, consultants of Bolabet or any company affiliated with Bolabet, and anyone involved in coordinating the promotion (including their spouses, life partners, and immediate families) are ineligible.

How to Participate (Booking Code Generation)

To participate in the Share Your Festive Bets Promotion please follow these steps:

1. Generating a Code: log into your Bolabet account and create a betslip with your desired selections (sports bets). Each betslip must have a minimum of 5 legs (five selections) to qualify for this promotion. After compiling your betslip, choose the option to generate a Bet Booking Code (a unique code corresponding to that betslip).
2. Share the Code: Once you have a booking code, you can share it with other Bolabet customers (friends, family, or other bettors) within Zambia. Sharing can be done by sending the code via messaging, social media, or any platform, but note that the code will only be valid on the Bolabet Zambia platform/region where it was generated (it cannot be used in other countries’ Bolabet platforms due to regulatory and system restrictions).
3. Using the Code: Anyone who receives your booking code can use it to load the exact betslip you created. When a recipient of your code loads the betslip, they can choose to place that bet on their own account. Every time another customer uses your unique code to place a bet, it links that wager to your code for the purposes of this promotion.

Commission Reward and Payout

For each qualifying bet placed by another Bolabet customer using your shared booking code, you (the code generator) will earn a commission equal to 5% of the wager (stake) of that bet. For example, if a friend uses your code and wagers K100 on the loaded betslip, you will earn K5 (5% of 100) as part of this promotion.
The 5% commission is generated only from qualifying bets (see “Qualifying Bet Conditions” below for restrictions). If a bet does not meet the conditions, it will not count toward the Share Your Festive Bets reward.
Commissions accrued through Share Your Festive Bets will be tallied and credited to your Bolabet account every Monday by 17:00 CAT during the promotion period. Bolabet will calculate all qualifying wagers from the previous week (Monday 00:00 through Sunday 23:59, or as otherwise defined) and credit the 5% cash reward in one lump sum each Monday..
You must have an active, valid Bolabet account at the time of the payout. If your account is self-excluded, suspended, or closed for any reason before a Monday payout, any pending Share Your Festive Bets commission may be forfeited at Bolabet’s discretion. Ensure your account remains in good standing to receive payments.
The 5% commission is awarded as cash (real money) in your account, not as a bonus or free bet. This means it is not subject to additional wagering requirements – you can use it to bet or withdraw it, subject to Bolabet’s general withdrawal rules. However, Bolabet reserves the right in its sole discretion to impose wagering requirements or convert the reward to bonus funds if abuse of this promotion is suspected (see “Irregular Behaviour” below).

Qualifying Bet Conditions

Only certain bets will qualify for the 5% commission. The following conditions must be met for a bet placed via a shared booking code to generate the commission:

Each betslip associated with a Share Your Festive Betscode must contain at least 5 selections (legs). If a betslip has fewer than 5 legs, it is not eligible for the 5% reward.
If any selection in the betslip is a “Draw No Bet” market, that betslip will not qualify for the Share Your Festive Bets commission. In other words, including a Draw-No-Bet pick disqualifies that particular code usage from earning the 5% reward. This is to avoid scenarios where voided selections (in case of a draw) affect the promotion.
If a bet on a betslip (placed via your code) is voided for any reason (e.g. match cancellation, odds error, etc.), that entire betslip is disqualified from earning the 5% commission for the code generator. You will not earn a reward on wagers that result in void outcomes. Only fully settled bets with an outcome (win or loss) count for the promotion.
The code can only be used on the sports betting markets available in the betslip. If a user edits the betslip or uses the code for a different product (like casino or virtuals), those bets won’t track for Share Your Festive Promotion. The promotion specifically applies to standard sports bets created and shared via booking codes.
Booking codes must be redeemed on the Bolabet Zambia platform. Bets placed on a different country’s Bolabet site or outside Zambia will not be linked to the Share Your Festive Bets system. Likewise, codes generated in Zambia cannot be used by accounts registered in other countries (and vice versa).

Monitoring and Disqualification

Bolabet will continuously monitor all activities related to Share Your Festive Bets codes for any signs of irregular, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour. This includes monitoring both the accounts generating codes and those using codes. Unusual betting patterns, collusion between players, or any attempts to exploit the promotion unfairly will be investigated.
Any violation or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions, any attempt to circumvent the rules, or other manipulative behaviour (for example: creating multiple accounts to self-redeem your own codes, using automated scripts, or coordinating bets with others to guaranteed outcomes) will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. Both the code generator and the code user may be disqualified if they are found colluding or violating the rules.
If a participant is disqualified, they forfeit any pending or future promotional benefits under Share Your Festive Bets Promotion. Bolabet reserves the right to void any commissions already credited if those were earned through violating or irregular activities. Further, all entries or bets originating from the disqualified participant’s account or mobile number will be rejected going forward, even if shared with others. Bolabet’s decision is final in this regard.
Bolabet may, but is not obliged to, notify participants of their disqualification. In cases of serious fraud or abuse, Bolabet can take further action as necessary, including account suspension or closure as per the General Betting Rules.
By participating, you agree to uphold the spirit of fair play. Bolabet’s systems and team will review play and reward only genuine, rule-abiding participation. Any attempt to gain an unintended advantage is strictly prohibited.

Payout Limits

The maximum total payout (commission) that can be earned from a single Share Your Festive Bets booking code is K10,000. Once a particular code has generated K10,000 in commission, it will no longer accrue further 5% rewards on additional wagers. This cap ensures the promotion is sustainable and fair to all participants. (If reached, a code generator could always create and share a new betslip/code, but the old code would effectively stop earning.)
The maximum payout any single Bolabet account can receive from the Share Your Festive Bets promotion is K50,000 per week. This means in any given week (typically calculated Monday–Sunday), once your earned commissions reach K50,000, you will not earn additional Share Your Festive Bets rewards until the next week cycle. This weekly cap applies regardless of how many codes you have shared or how many people used them. It resets at the start of each week during the promotion.
If you reach a payout limit, any extra qualifying bets that would have earned commission beyond the limit will not be credited. Those amounts are voided (they do not carry over to the next week). Bolabet is not liable for any perceived losses once a limit is hit, as these caps are part of the promotion terms.
Commission amounts below K1 will not qualify for payout. Only balances equal to or greater than K1 are eligible to be paid.
Bolabet reserves the right to adjust these payout limits (upwards or downwards) during the promotion if necessary for regulatory compliance or fairness, by amending these terms. Any changes will be effective after updating the terms on the official platform and will apply on future bets (not retroactively).

Rights Reserved by Bolabet

The Share Your Festive Bets promotion is offered at Bolabet’s sole discretion. Bolabet reserves the right to refuse or revoke the offer to any customer or to not provide the promotion to a particular individual or group for any reason. There is no obligation on Bolabet to make this promotion available to all customers or to continue offering it. For example, if Bolabet suspects an account of abuse, it may be excluded from the promotion.
This promotion is void where its offering would be illegal. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their participation is legal under local laws and Bolabet’s license conditions. Bolabet may void any entries or participation that violate applicable laws or regulations.
The promotion benefits (including booking codes and earned commissions) are non- transferable. You cannot sell or assign your code’s earnings to someone else. Any attempt to transfer a reward or any other rights under this promotion will be null and void.
Bolabet’s decisions in all matters relating to the promotion (including but not limited to eligibility, qualification of bets, computation of rewards, disqualification, and interpretation of terms) are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained outside the framework of the dispute resolution process described herein.

Amendments and Termination of Promotion

Bolabet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Share Your Festive Bets terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. This may include changing how the promotion works, adjusting percentages, altering qualification requirements, or any other aspect. Any such changes will be done in good faith (for example, to clarify rules, comply with legal requirements, or address misuse) and will be effective once updated on Bolabet’s official platforms. It is the participants’ responsibility to review the terms periodically for any updates.
Bolabet may suspend or terminate the Share Your Festive Bets promotion at any time, without prior notice, in whole or in part. Bolabet might do so for reasons including but not limited to technical issues, fraud prevention, compliance with new laws/regulations, or business considerations. If the promotion is terminated before the stated end date, Bolabet will not be obliged to award any further commissions beyond those already earned up to the termination time.
Participants will not have any claim against Bolabet (and Bolabet shall not be liable) for any changes, suspension, or cancellation of the promotion. By entering this promotion, you waive any rights or expectations of the promotion continuing as initially advertised. Unclaimed or pending rewards at the time of termination may be forfeited at Bolabet’s discretion.
Material changes to the terms or an early termination will be communicated via the Bolabet website, app, or direct communication (email/SMS) where possible. Continued participation in the promotion after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you should cease participation (e.g., stop sharing or using codes).

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or question relating to the Share Your Festive Bets promotion (such as qualification for a reward, amount of commission credited, or interpretation of these terms), participants are required to first follow Bolabet’s standard dispute resolution process. This means the issue should be raised with Bolabet’s Customer Support and will be handled in accordance with Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and Terms and Conditions of Use. Bolabet will investigate and attempt to resolve the matter internally in a fair and efficient manner.
You may lodge a complaint or dispute by contacting Bolabet Zambia’s customer support via phone, email, or in-person at a Bolabet shop/office). When raising a dispute, provide as much detail as possible (your account, the booking code, date of issue, etc.) to assist with resolution. Bolabet may require you to submit the complaint in writing (email) for record- keeping. Bolabet reserves the right to make a final determination on participant eligibility and compliance with these promotion rules. In any dispute, records from Bolabet’s system (bets placed, codes used, amounts, etc.) shall be considered conclusive evidence of the facts in question, unless proven otherwise.
These Terms and any disputes arising from this promotion are governed by the laws of Zambia. By participating, you agree that if any legal action is brought in connection with this promotion or these terms, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zambian courts, after exhausting other resolution mechanisms.

Privacy and Data Protection

By participating in Share Your Festive Bets Promotion, you acknowledge that Bolabet will collect and use certain personal information as necessary to operate the promotion and credit rewards. This data processing is done in accordance with Bolabet’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Zambian Data Protection legislation. Bolabet will only use participants’ data for legitimate purposes related to the promotion, such as tracking code usage, preventing fraud, and issuing rewards.
Bolabet values your privacy. Personal data will not be publicly disclosed without your consent. Bolabet may, however, use anonymized or aggregated data for reporting and marketing purposes. For example, Bolabet might announce the total number of participants or total rewards paid out in the promotion, but it will not publish individual names or identifying details without permission. Any public winner announcements (if applicable) will be done in a privacy-respecting manner (e.g., using first name or nickname only, or generalized descriptors).

General Terms and Conditions

This promotion is intended for entertainment and rewards among responsible gamblers. No persons under 18 years may participate. Bolabet encourages responsible betting – never gamble more than you can afford to lose. If you feel you have a gambling problem, please seek help (Bolabet can provide contacts for support organizations). Remember: Winners know when to stop. Gambling involves risk.
Except as modified by these promotion-specific rules, all provisions of Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and the Terms and Conditions of Use remain in effect during this promotion. If there is any conflict between these Share Your Festive Bets promotion terms and the general terms, these specific terms will take precedence for matters relating to this promotion.
Bolabet does not guarantee that the Share Your Festive Bets promotion or the booking code system will be available without interruption throughout the promotion period. Technical issues including but not limited to site downtime, network outages, or software bugs may occur and can temporarily affect your ability to generate or use codes. Bolabet disclaims liability for any technical malfunctions or issues. If you encounter issues, please report them, and Bolabet will make reasonable efforts to restore service and ensure fairness.
By participating in Share Your Festive Bets, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bolabet (including its parent, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents) from any liability, claims, or losses arising out of your participation in the promotion or your breach of these terms. Bolabet shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from your participation or attempted participation in this promotion (including the use of booking codes or any related activity), except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under Zambian law. Participants enter and participate at their own risk.
Participation in this promotion is personal and does not create any form of partnership, agency, or joint venture between participants and Bolabet. You are solely responsible for any tax implications or obligations arising from receiving promotional payouts (commissions). Bolabet is not liable for any disputes between you and any third party (for example, disagreements between a code generator and a code user) – our responsibility is only to administer the promotion and credit the due amounts to eligible users under these terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable under Zambian law, that provision shall be removed or amended to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the terms shall remain in full effect.
Every participant in the promotion is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms by virtue of their participation. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should refrain from participating. Continued participation (e.g., generating or sharing a new code, or using a code after any updates to terms) signifies ongoing acceptance of the rules and any updates.
