These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the First Deposit Bonus Promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Bolabet Company Limited ("Bolabet"). By participating, each customer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Bolabet's Terms and Conditions of Use and Bolabet's General Betting Rules, which are available in store and on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.

2. Eligibility:

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • The customer must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • The customer must register a new Bolabet account at www.bolabet.co.zm during the Promotion Period and must not previously have held or controlled another Bolabet account.
  • The customer must make their first successful real -money deposit of K100 or more during the Promotion Period.
  • The Bolabet account must be registered in the customer's own name and must remain open, active and in good standing. A closed, suspended, self-excluded or otherwise restricted account is not eligible to participate or receive a promotional reward.
  • Bolabet may verify the customer's identity, age, residence, account ownership, payment method and eligibility before crediting, converting, releasing or paying any reward or winnings.
  • Bolabet may require the customer to complete all applicable Know Your Customer (KYC), source -of-funds, anti-money laundering, fraud-prevention and account-verification procedures.
  • Each customer may qualify once only. Multiple accounts, linked accounts, duplicate registrations and participation through another person's account or payment method are prohibited and may be investigated under clause 6.

3. Promotion Period

 

  • The Promotion commences at 12:00 CAT on 9 September 2026 and ends at 23:59 CAT on 30 September 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
  • Both the registration of the new Bolabet account and the qualifying first deposit must be completed during the Promotion Period.
  • All dates and times will be determined by Bolabet's server time. A deposit qualifies only when it has been successfully processed and credited to the customer's Bolabet Main Account during the Promotion Period.
  • Bolabet may modify the Promotion Period, suspend or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive, protect the integrity of the Promotion, address fraud, abuse or a technical failure, or respond to circumstances beyond Bolabet's reasonable control. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable, and accrued rights will not be unfairly affected.

 

4. First Deposit Bonus - How It Works

 

4.1 Who Qualifies for the First Deposit Bonus

  • A new customer who registers during the Promotion Period and makes a first successful real -money deposit of K100 or more will qualify for the Sport Free Bet and Aviator Free Flights stated in the applicable deposit tier.
  • For purposes of the Promotion, a "First Deposit" is the first deposit of the customer's own money that is successfully processed and credited to their Bolabet Main Account. Bonus credits, internal transfers, refunds, reversed or failed payments, chargebacks and funds received from another person's account do not constitute a qualifying First Deposit.
  • Only the amount of the First Deposit is used to determine the applicable reward tier. Deposits cannot be combined. If the First Deposit is below K100, the customer will not qualify and a later deposit will not cure the failure to meet the minimum amount.
  • The qualifying rewards are credited automatically. A short processing delay may occur. If either reward is not visible within 24 hours after the qualifying deposit is credited, the customer should contact Bolabet Customer Support.

 

4.2 Sport First Deposit Bonus

The maximum Sport Free Bet available under the Promotion is K250, regardless of the amount deposited.

 

4.3 How to Activate and Use the Sport Free Bet

  • 1. Make Your First Deposit: Complete the qualifying registration and First Deposit requirements in clauses 2, 3 and 4.1.
  • 2. Receive Your Sport Free Bet: The Sport Free Bet corresponding to the qualifying First Deposit tier will be credited automatically once the First Deposit is successfully recorded.
  • 3. Place Your Free Bet: Use the Sport Free Bet on one sports accumulator ticket containing at least five selections, with minimum odds of 1.40 per selection and minimum total ticket odds of 11.00.
  • 4. Receive Any Winnings: The Sport Free Bet stake is promotional and is not returned. Only the net winnings from a successful qualifying ticket will be credited as withdrawable cash, subject to clause 4.4, statutory deductions, verification and Bolabet's General Betting Rules.

Example: A new customer makes a qualifying First Deposit of K100 and receives a K50 Sport Free Bet. The customer uses the K50 Sport Free Bet on one five-selection accumulator in which every selection has odds of at least 1.40 and the ticket has total odds of at least 11.00. If the ticket settles at a gross return of K550, the K50 promotional stake is not returned and K500 constitutes the net winnings before any applicable statutory deductions.

 

4.4 Sport Free Bet Conditions

 

  • Sport-only reward: The Sport Free Bet may be used only on sports betting markets made available by Bolabet.
  • Minimum total ticket odds: 11.00.
  • Minimum odds per selection: 1.40.
  • Minimum number of selections: 5 (Five).
  • The qualifying ticket must be placed before the Sport Free Bet expires. The ticket does not need to settle before the expiry time, provided that it was validly placed before expiry.
  • The Sport Free Bet expires seven days after it is credited. Any unused or unplaced amount will then be removed automatically and cannot be reinstated, except where a failure is caused by a verified Bolabet system error.
  • A wholly voided, cancelled, refunded or cashed -out ticket will not produce qualifying Sport Free Bet winnings. The treatment of an individual void selection and the settlement of the remaining ticket will be determined under Bolabet's General Betting Rules.
  • The Sport Free Bet is personal, non -transferable, non-refundable and cannot itself be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
  • Maximum winnings: The net winnings payable from the Sport Free Bet may not exceed K12,500 per customer. The cap is applied before statutory deductions. Any amount above the cap will be void, forfeited and not payable.
  • Example: If the net winnings calculated from the qualifying Sport Free Bet are K15,500, the amount payable before statutory deductions will be capped at K12,500 and the remaining K2,500 will not be credited or paid.

5. Aviator Free Flights Bonus

 

5.1 Who Qualifies for the Aviator Free Flights

 

  • A customer who qualifies under clause 4.1 will also receive 10 Aviator Free Flights. The Free Flights may be awarded once only and are based on the same qualifying First Deposit amount. The Free Flights reward is subject to the same eligibility, verification, linked -account and anti-abuse requirements that apply to the Sport Free Bet.

 

5.2 Free Flights Structure

5.3 How It Works

  • The 10 Free Flights will be credited automatically to Aviator once the qualifying First Deposit is successfully recorded.
  • The value of each Free Flight is determined by the First Deposit tier in clause 5.2. The Free Flight value is promotional, cannot be withdrawn or transferred and may be used only on Aviator.
    • Example: A new customer makes a qualifying First Deposit of K105 and automatically receives 10 Aviator Free Flights valued at K1 each, with a total promotional value of K10.
  • A Free Flight must be used in full on the round for which it is made available and cannot be divided, combined, transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Only net winnings generated by a completed Free Flight will be credited to the customer's withdrawable cash balance. The promotional Free Flight value is not returned and no further wagering requirement applies to the net winnings, subject to statutory deductions, verification, applicable Aviator limits and Bolabet's General Betting Rules.
  • The Free Flights expire exactly 48 hours after they are credited to the customer's Bolabet account. The 48-hour period begins at the actual crediting time shown in the customer's account records.
  • Example: If the Free Flights are credited at 13:00 on 9 September 2026, they will expire at 13:00 on 11 September 2026.
  • Any unused Free Flights will be removed automatically on expiry and cannot be recovered, except where non-use resulted from a verified Bolabet system error.
  • A voided, cancelled, incomplete, refunded or technically defective round does not produce qualifying winnings. Any re-crediting of the affected Free Flight will be determined under the applicable game rules and clause 7.23.

6. Deposit Lock and Bonus Abuse

 

  • All funds deposited into a Bolabet account are subject to Bolabet’s Deposit Lock, which is an anti-money laundering and transaction-integrity control. The First Deposit remains the customer’s real-money balance but may only be withdrawn after the full amount has been wagered at least once through genuine sports betting or casino gaming activity, subject to applicable account verification, anti-money laundering, fraud-prevention and responsible-gambling checks.
  • To retain the promotional rewards and any winnings derived from them, the customer must also wager the First Deposit at least once using valid real-money sports bets or casino game wagers on the Bolabet platform. Free Bets, Free Flights and other promotional funds do not count towards this requirement.
  • A wholly voided, cancelled, refunded or cashed-out bet or wager does not count towards the requirement to wager the First Deposit once. A partially voided or partially cashed-out bet or wager counts only to the extent of the real-money stake that remains valid and is finally settled.
  • If Bolabet returns or reverses a deposit without wagering where required or permitted by law, regulation, a responsible-gambling obligation or an anti-money laundering, fraud or payment-reversal procedure, the promotional rewards and any winnings derived from them may be cancelled or recovered. Such a return or reversal is not an ordinary customer withdrawal and does not create a right to bypass the Deposit Lock.
  • A reversed, refunded, disputed or charged-back qualifying First Deposit will result in the cancellation or recovery of the promotional rewards and any winnings derived from them.
  • Customers may not deposit solely to obtain promotional rewards and then attempt to withdraw the deposited funds without genuine betting or gaming activity. Customers may also not use substantially offsetting, hedged, collusive or coordinated transactions designed primarily to extract promotional value without genuine economic risk.
  • Bolabet may withhold, cancel, reclaim, reverse, recover or remove a reward, promotional winnings or account credit where it reasonably suspects fraud, bonus manipulation, money laundering, misuse of a payment method or a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, including:
    • using multiple, linked, false or third-party accounts or registrations;
    • using a device, payment method, IP address or other identifier in a manner reasonably indicating common control or coordinated abuse;
    • repeated deposits, attempted withdrawals, chargebacks or payment reversals designed to exploit the Promotion;
    • bonus hunting, matched betting, arbitrage, collusive play or low-risk wagering structured primarily to guarantee or extract promotional profit; or
    • providing false, incomplete or misleading information or otherwise acting fraudulently or unlawfully.
  • Bolabet may request information or evidence and may suspend an affected reward, winnings or withdrawal while the matter is investigated. Any decision will be based on reasonably available evidence and remains subject to manifest error, applicable law and the dispute procedure in clause 7.12.
  • Where abuse or ineligibility is established, Bolabet may remove the affected reward or winnings, disqualify the customer and restrict, suspend or close the account in accordance with Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use.

7. General Terms And Conditions

 

7.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, may temporarily or permanently suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive, protect the integrity of the Promotion, address fraud, abuse or a technical failure, or respond to circumstances beyond Bolabet's reasonable control. Notice will be given where reasonably practicable, and any change will be administered fairly.

 

7.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the Promotion rules, technical issues or other factors that may affect the Promotion's integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet may correct, suspend or remove the qualifying status of an affected First Deposit, or withhold, withdraw, cancel, reclaim, recover, reverse or remove any affected Sport Free Bet, Free Flight, promotional winning, account credit or associated benefit, to the extent reasonably necessary to restore the correct outcome.

 

7.3 Bolabet may review customer registration, deposit, payment, betting, game, device and account activity to prevent abuse. Fraudulent, linked, coordinated or automated participation, or conduct violating these Terms and Conditions, may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any affected promotional reward or winnings.

 

7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bolabet is not responsible for disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet or mobile connectivity failures, payment-provider delays, server errors, software malfunctions, game-provider interruptions or third-party system failures. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

7.5 Bolabet's records, systems and server data will be used to determine account registration, First Deposit status and amount, crediting time, reward tier and value, use and expiry of rewards, qualifying wagers, settlement, winnings and all other Promotion-related matters, subject to manifest error, applicable law and the dispute-resolution procedure in clause 7.12.

 

7.6 Each customer is responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in Zambia and complies with these Terms and Conditions. Bolabet may void any participation, reward, winnings or benefit that breaches these Terms and Conditions or an applicable legal or regulatory requirement.

 

7.7 By participating, each customer acknowledges that Bolabet may process personal information reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law, and may send communications necessary for reward crediting, verification, account administration and customer support. Marketing communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable law and the customer's communication preferences.

 

7.8 Bolabet and its authorised agents may vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion and any associated reward where reasonably necessary and, where circumstances make prior notice impracticable, without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no compensation is payable solely because of such a change, suspension, postponement or termination, but a verified entitlement already properly due will not be withheld without lawful reason.

 

7.9 By participating in the Promotion, each customer is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

7.10 The Promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Bolabet, employees or agents of service providers directly involved in administering the Promotion, or any of their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

 

7.11 By participating in or accepting a reward or winnings, each customer agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify Bolabet, its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers against a substantiated third-party claim, loss, damage, cost or expense arising directly from the customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful conduct or fraud. Bolabet's aggregate liability arising from the Promotion will not exceed the value of the promotional reward and winnings properly due to the customer. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or liability arising from Bolabet's fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

7.12 In the event of a dispute, a customer should refer to section 15 of Bolabet's Terms and Conditions of Use and address the issue to support@bolabet.co.zm. The customer should provide their name, registered mobile number, relevant transaction or ticket details and a description of the complaint so that the matter can be investigated.

 

7.13 Where the Promotion is advertised through Facebook, Instagram, X or another third-party platform, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by that platform. Questions and complaints about the Promotion must be directed to Bolabet.

 

7.14 Bolabet may collect, store and process a customer's name, identity information, contact details, account details, payment and deposit information, device and technical identifiers, betting and game activity, reward information and transaction history to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, credit rewards, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Relevant information may be shared with authorised payment, platform, game and verification service providers or regulators where reasonably necessary and lawful. Customers may request access to or correction of their personal data as provided under applicable data-protection law and Bolabet's Privacy Policy at www.bolabet.co.zm.

7.17 Every customer participating in the Promotion will be deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted these rules and terms by virtue of their participation.

 

7.18 All winnings and withdrawals arising from the Promotion remain subject to applicable statutory deductions, verification requirements, maximum payout limits and lawful restrictions contained in Bolabet's General Betting Rules and Terms and Conditions of Use. Net winnings credited from a qualifying Sport Free Bet or Free Flight carry no further wagering requirement.

 

7.19 Bolabet may correct an obvious, manifest, technical, system, human, pricing, settlement, bonus, promotional, calculation or administrative error. The qualifying status or amount attributed to a First Deposit, or any reward, winnings, Free Flight, credit or benefit affected by such an error, may be corrected, cancelled, adjusted, recovered or reversed to the extent reasonably necessary to restore the correct outcome.

7.21 Registration, deposit or provisional crediting of a reward does not by itself establish an unconditional entitlement to retain or withdraw that reward or associated winnings. 7.22 Bolabet may delay, withhold, restrict, reverse, suspend, decline, investigate or refuse any reward, winnings, withdrawal or account activity where required by law, regulation, court order, regulatory directive, anti-money laundering obligations, responsible gambling obligations, fraud-prevention measures, sanctions requirements or another legitimate compliance requirement. Bolabet is not liable for delay reasonably arising from such verification or compliance processes.

 

7.23 If a First Deposit, Sport Free Bet, Free Flight, qualifying wager, game round, settlement, reward calculation or other Promotion outcome is affected by a technical error, provider malfunction, payment failure, data corruption, communication failure or manifest error, Bolabet may correct, recalculate, re-credit, amend, void or reverse the affected result to the extent reasonably necessary to restore a fair and correct outcome.

 

7.24 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. If any provision is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Bolabet's Terms and Conditions of Use or General Betting Rules, these Terms and Conditions prevail only to the extent of the conflict and only in relation to the Promotion.
