Terms and Conditions for Fly & Win Promotion

 

1. Introduction

 

These terms govern your participation in the “Fly & Win” promotion offered through Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”) in collaboration with Pragmatic Play. By joining this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s standard Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules, and Pragmatic Play’s promotion rules.

2. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participation is restricted to Zambian residents only.
  • This promotion is open exclusively to users registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence at 19:01 UTC + 2 on 13th November 2024 and will conclude at 18:59 CEST/CET + 2 on 4th of December 2024.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • Bolabet Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or fully terminate the “Fly & Win” promotion at any time and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to cases of technical errors, regulatory requirements, or security concerns. Bolabet may exercise this right without prior notice to players. Players acknowledge that Bolabet’s decision in this regard shall be final, and by participating, they accept that the promotion’s continuation is subject to Bolabet’s operational discretion.

4. Promotion Structure

  • Opt-In Requirement:
    • To participate in Fly & Win Daily Prize Drops, players must actively opt-in by playing the High Flyer game and confirming their participation in the promotion. Only players who have opted in and placed a Qualifying Bet are eligible to win prizes during the Fly & Win promotion period.
  • Fly & Win Daily Prize Drops:
    • Players who place a Qualifying Bet on High Flyer have a chance to randomly trigger a cash prize from the prize pool.
    • Prizes awarded are fixed cash amounts with no wagering requirements, allowing players to withdraw their winnings immediately if they choose to do so.
    • Players may win multiple Daily Prize Drops within a single day, provided they meet the Qualifying Bet requirements for each prize awarded.
  • Prize Table and Prize Limits:
    • The Fly & Win Daily Prize Drops operate with a prize table that updates in real-time within the game interface. This table displays the current prize standings, the number of prizes remaining, and the details of any prizes already awarded.
    • Prizes are awarded based on the Qualifying Bet placed by the player. Each prize won is credited directly to the player’s account and can be withdrawn or used for further gameplay at the player’s discretion.
    • The specific prize distribution for each Fly & Win Daily Prize Drop, including the quantity and value of prizes, can be viewed within the participating game under the “Prizes” tab.
    • All prizes will be credited to the player’s Bolabet account within 72 hours following the end of each Daily Prize Drop.
  • Winning Multiple Prizes:
    • Players have the opportunity to win multiple cash prizes within a single Daily Prize Drop period. Each prize won is triggered by a separate Qualifying Bet, meaning that each eligible real-money spin has a chance to randomly award a cash prize.
  • Participating Game:
    • The participating game for this promotion is High Flyer. Bolabet may, in collaboration with Pragmatic Play, modify the list of participating games to include additional titles or update available games as needed. Bolabet will notify players of any changes to participating games via its website or customer support channels.

5. Participation Requirements

  • Qualifying Bets:
    • Any real-money spin counts as a Qualifying Bet.
    • For each Fly & Win Daily Prize Drop, a minimum bet of the ZMW equivalent of €0.15 is required
  • Currency:
    • All wagers, spins, prizes, and multipliers are calculated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW), based on conversion rates provided by Pragmatic Play.
    • It is the player’s sole responsibility to verify the Zambian Kwacha equivalent of €0.15. Due to fluctuating exchange rates, this amount should be checked before every bet is placed. Participants can verify the current exchange rate and ensure they are placing the correct bet amount in Zambian Kwacha by visiting www.oanda.com. If the bet placed by the participant is less than the Zambian Kwacha equivalent of €0.15, the participant will not qualify for the promotion.
    • Bolabet disclaims liability for bets placed incorrectly due to exchange rate discrepancies, and players will not be compensated for losses or misunderstandings arising from this issue.
    • Bolabet will not compensate any participant for any losses or misunderstandings arising from incorrect bet placements due to exchange rate fluctuations. Participants are advised to regularly check the exchange rate before placing each bet to avoid any discrepancies.

6. Pragmatic Play’s Role and Disclaimer

  • Pragmatic Play operates the software for the Fly & Win promotion but does not manage player interactions or transactions. All player interactions, including support, prize distribution, and compliance, are managed by Bolabet.
  • Any changes to the promotion’s mechanics by Pragmatic Play will be communicated to Bolabet. Bolabet will then inform players of any adjustments necessary to ensure transparency and fairness.
  • Pragmatic Play and Bolabet are not responsible for any interruptions or issues players may experience during the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, or any other technical disruptions beyond Pragmatic Play and Bolabet’s control.

7. General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Fly & Win promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

2. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of winnings.

 

3. Bolabet and Pragmatic Play reserve the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

 

4. Bolabet and Pragmatic Play hold no responsibility for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

5.It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

6. By participating in this promotion, users agree:

  • That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
  • To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.

7. Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

8. By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

9. This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

10. By entering, participating, and/or accepting any prizes, players entrants, participants, users, and/or winners indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, associate companies, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, arising from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of prizes, and/or participation or nonparticipation in a promotion - related activity.
