  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding any promotional rewards.

 

4. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works

 

  • To participate in the promotion, customers must make a minimum deposit of ZMW 150 into their Bolabet account during the promotional period.
  • For the purposes of this promotion, a deposit refers only to real money deposited by the customer using approved payment methods. Bonus funds, freebets, promotional credits, or any other non-withdrawable promotional balances do not qualify as deposits and will not generate entries into the promotion.
  • Customers will receive one entry into the weekly draw for every ZMW 150 deposited. For example, a deposit of ZMW 300 will generate two entries and a deposit of ZMW 450 will generate three entries.
  • Customers may receive multiple entries during the promotional period, as deposits generate entries based on the total amount deposited in increments of ZMW 150, thereby increasing the customer’s chances of winning.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, entries are calculated per individual qualifying deposit and cannot be combined across smaller deposits to meet the ZMW 150 requirement.
  • Only successful deposits made using approved payment methods will qualify for entry into the promotion. Reversed/failed transactions will not be considered valid entries.
  • At the end of each promotional week, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during that week and will be awarded the motorbike prize.
  • All eligible entries will only be valid for the specific weekly draw in which they were earned and will not be carried forward to subsequent weekly draws.
  • The weekly winner will be contacted using the contact details registered on their Bolabet account at the time of the draw, and the prize will be awarded in accordance with Bolabet’s standard promotional and verification procedures.

5. Deposit Lock and Prevention of Entry Manipulation

  • For the avoidance of doubt, deposits made for the purpose of obtaining entries into the Full Throttle Friday Promotion must be used in genuine betting activity on the Bolabet platform.
  • Bolabet operates a deposit lock feature, which prevents the withdrawal of deposited funds unless those funds have been used to place bets or participate in games available on the Bolabet platform in accordance with Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • Participants may therefore not deposit funds solely for the purpose of generating promotion entries and then withdraw those funds in order to redeposit them to obtain additional entries.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the promotion through repeated deposits and withdrawals, recycling of funds, or other behaviour inconsistent with normal betting activity may result in:
    • disqualification from the promotion;
    • removal of any entries associated with the activity;
    • forfeiture of any prizes awarded; and
    • suspension or review of the participant’s Bolabet account in accordance with Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to review account activity to determine whether deposits are being made for genuine participation in betting or gaming activity.

6. Weekly Promotional Period and Draw Schedule

 

The promotion will run from 16 March 2026 to 30 April 2026, with motorbike winners selected through weekly draws conducted during the promotional period.

 

For the purpose of the promotion, each promotional week will run from Friday at 00:01 CAT to Thursday at 23:59 CAT. All qualifying deposits made within this period will count as entries for that week’s draw only.

 

At the end of each promotional week, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during that week, and the draw will be conducted by Bolabet using a verifiable random selection process. The draw will typically take place on the Friday following the close of the promotional week.

 

6.1 Special First Week Clause:

 

As the promotion begins on Monday, 16 March 2026, the first promotional week will run from 16 March 2026 at 00:01 CAT until Thursday, 19 March 2026 at 23:59 CAT, with the first weekly draw taking place on Friday, 20 March 2026. From this point onward, the standard Friday to Thursday promotional cycle will apply for all remaining weekly draws during the promotion.

 

All entries earned during a promotional week will only be eligible for that specific week’s draw and will not be carried forward to any subsequent draws.

 

7. Weekly Draw Dates for the Promotion

  • Friday, 20 March 2026 – Draw for entries from 16 March to 19 March (Special First Week)
  • Friday, 27 March 2026 – Draw for entries from 20 March to 26 March
  • Friday, 3 April 2026 – Draw for entries from 27 March to 2 April
  • Friday, 10 April 2026 – Draw for entries from 3 April to 9 April
  • Friday, 17 April 2026 – Draw for entries from 10 April to 16 April
  • Friday, 24 April 2026 – Draw for entries from 17 April to 23 April
  • Friday, 1 May 2026 – Draw for entries from 24 April to 30 April

Example 1 – Eligible Entry:

 

Customer A makes a ZMW 150 deposit on Monday, 23 March 2026. Since the deposit meets the minimum qualifying amount, Customer A receives one entry into the weekly draw for the period 20 March – 26 March 2026. Later in the week, Customer A makes an additional deposit of ZMW 300, which qualifies for two additional entries (one for each ZMW 150 increment). Customer A would therefore receive three total entries into that week’s draw.

 

Example 2 – Ineligible Entry:

 

Customer B deposits ZMW 100 on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. Since this deposit is below the minimum qualifying amount of ZMW 150, it does not qualify for any entry into the weekly draw. This deposit cannot be combined with other deposits made during the week to meet the minimum qualifying amount. Customer B therefore receives no entries for the draw covering 20 March – 26 March 2026.

 

8. Motorbike Prize Transfer and Liability:

 

Bolabet will arrange for the weekly motorbike winners to take delivery of the prize directly from the authorised supplier of the motorbike, who will assist the winner with the transfer of ownership and licensing of the motorbike in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

However, Bolabet accepts no responsibility or liability for the transportation, registration, licensing, insurance, maintenance, or any damage that may occur to the motorbike during delivery or after the motorbike has been handed over to the winner.

 

The motorbike shall be accepted by the winner as is, and all risk in and responsibility for the motorbike shall pass to the winner immediately upon delivery or collection of the prize from the supplier.

 

The winner shall be solely responsible for any costs, obligations, or legal requirements associated with the ownership, licensing, insurance, and use of the motorbike once it has been delivered.

 

The motorbike prize is non-transferable prior to delivery and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any alternative prize.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, any images of motorbikes used in promotional or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual motorbike awarded may differ in make, model, colour, or specification from that depicted in the promotional materials.

 

Bolabet makes no representations or warranties regarding the motorbike other than that it will arrange for the lawful transfer of the prize to the winner.

 

9. Prize Forfeiture:

 

If a selected winner cannot be successfully contacted within 14 days of the draw, or fails to complete the required verification and prize collection procedures within the timeframe specified by Bolabet, the prize may be forfeited at Bolabet’s discretion. In such cases, Bolabet reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries for that specific draw period. Any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or providing false or incomplete information may be disqualified from the promotion, and any prize awarded may be withdrawn or forfeited.

 

10. Role and Disclaimer

 

Bolabet manages all aspects of this promotion, including player interactions, transactions, customer support, prize distribution, and compliance matters.

 

Bolabet is not responsible for any interruptions or technical issues players may experience during the promotion, including internet connectivity problems, software malfunctions, or any other disruptions beyond Bolabet’s control.

 

Bolabet reserves the right to disqualify any participant or suspend any account where it reasonably suspects that the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or used in a manner inconsistent with the intended spirit of the promotion. Bolabet’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

 

11. General Terms and Conditions

 

11.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Full Throttle Friday Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

11.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any promotion entries, prizes, or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of promotion entries, prizes, and/or winnings.

 

11.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any promotion entries, prizes, and/or winnings.

 

11.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

11.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.
