These terms govern your participation in the Hearts & Spins Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). 2. Promotion Period
- The promotion will run from 00:01 on 12 February 2026 until 23:59 on 28 February 2026, and all leaderboard calculations and interim rewards will be based on wagering activity occurring within this period.
- All times related to the promotion will be based on the Bolabet website's server time.
- Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
- This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.
- Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding any promotional rewards.

5. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works:
- In order for participants to qualify for the Hearts & Spins Promotion leaderboard, participants must place a real-money bet of K1 or more on participating Tap-A-Roo games during the promotion period.
- Participants will earn leaderboard points based on wagering activity using the formula: 1 ZMW wagered = 1 point
- Only real-money bets on participating Tap-A-Roo games will count toward leaderboard points. Bonus bets or Free Spins will not contribute towards the total leaderboard points.
- Points will accumulate throughout the promotion period and determine leaderboard ranking.
- In the event of a tie-breaker, the leaderboard ranking will be determined by the participant who reached the highest number of points on the leaderboard first.
- All Free Spins have a fixed value of K1 per spin.
- The maximum total winnings that may be derived from Free Spins awarded under this promotion are capped at K1,000 per player.
- Free Spins awarded under this promotion are not subject to any wagering requirements. Any winnings derived from Free Spins will be credited as cash winnings to the player’s betting account. All Free Spins expire 24 hours from the time they are credited, and any unused Free Spins will lapse automatically thereafter and cannot be reinstated once expired.
Valentine's Free Spins:
During the promotion period, there will be two reward days where top leaderboard users can win 20 Free Spins. On 14 February 2026, 20 Free Spins will be awarded to the Top 300 users based on points earned between 12 February 2026 and 13 February 2026, and on 18 February 2026, 20 Free Spins will be awarded to the Top 500 users based on points earned between 15 February 2026 and 17 February 2026.
For the avoidance of doubt, Valentine’s Free Spins constitute interim promotional rewards only. The main Hearts & Spins leaderboard will continue to accumulate points across the entire promotion period, and the awarding of Valentine’s Free Spins does not reset, reduce, or otherwise affect a participant’s total leaderboard points for purposes of the grand prize competition.

- 18 February 2026 (based on standings of 17 February 2026)
Example:
For example, if a user earns enough leaderboard points between 11 February and 13 February 2026 to finish in the Top 300, they will receive 20 Free Spins on 14 February 2026. If a user earns points between 15 February and 17 February 2026 and finishes in the Top 500 on the leaderboard, they will receive 20 Free Spins on 18 February 2026.
Leaderboard Example
- Customer A wagers ZMW 500 on Tap-A-Roo games during the promotion period and earns 500 leaderboard points. Customer B wagers ZMW 150 and earns 150 leaderboard points.
- Leaderboard ranking is determined by total accumulated points.
6. Grand Prize - How It Works
- Players earn points on the leaderboard for every K1 wagered on participating Tap-A-Roo games during the promotion period. Each K1 wager equals 1 point.
- At the end of the promotion period, the top three players with the highest points will be awarded the following cash prizes.
Grand Prize Pool:
- 1st Place: K10,000 Cash
- 2nd Place: K6,000 Cash
- 3rd Place: K4,000 Cash
All cash prizes awarded under the grand prize draw will be credited directly into the winners’ Bolabet betting account following the completion of the grand prize leaderboard. Players can check their balance or transaction history under their account profile.
Cash prizes credited under this promotion will form part of the player’s cash betting balance and may be withdrawn or wagered in accordance with Bolabet’s standard withdrawal procedures and platform rules.
7. Role and Disclaimer
Bolabet manages all aspects of this promotion, including player interactions, transactions, customer support, prize distribution, and compliance matters.
Leaderboard rankings, wagering activity, and promotional outcomes will be determined solely by Bolabet’s internal systems and records, which shall be final and binding. Bolabet reserves the right to verify all wagering activity, adjust leaderboard positions in the event of a technical or system error, and disqualify any participant found to be abusing or manipulating the promotion mechanics.
8. General Terms and Conditions (Hearts & Spins Promotion)
8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Hearts & Spins Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Free Spins, cash prizes, prizes and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of Free Spins and / or winnings.
8.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any Free Spins and / or winnings.
