4. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works

Think you can beat the odds? The objective is simple - during each weekly period (as defined in Section 5), place a single winning ticket with the highest total odds to rank on the weekly leaderboard and win weekly cash and Freebet prizes. The leaderboard resets each week and only tickets placed and settled within the same weekly period are considered.

How to Participate:

• 1. Place a sports bet (single or multi-bet) during the promotion period with a minimum real money stake of K1 or more.
• 2. Ensure the ticket is settled within the same weekly period to qualify.
• 3. Only winning tickets are eligible for leaderboard consideration.
• 4. Try to achieve the highest total odds on any one winning ticket during that week.

What Type of Bets Qualify:

• Bet Type: Single or multi-bets only (system bets do not qualify).
• Minimum Stake: A minimum real money stake of K1 or more is required.
• Market: The promotion applies to all sports markets (pre-match and live/in-play).
• Settlement: Only settled tickets will be considered. If a ticket is voided or cashed out, it will not be eligible.
• Outcome: Only winning tickets qualify for the promotion. Losing tickets, even if they meet all other criteria, will not be eligible for the leaderboard.
• Funds: Bets must be placed using real money. Bets placed with Freebets, bonus funds, or promotional credits do not qualify.

How Winners Are Determined:

• Each week, players are ranked by the highest total odds on a single winning ticket.
• If more than one player achieves the same total odds, the player with the higher stake amount will be declared the winner.
• If more than one player achieves the same total odds and the same stake amount, the earliest placed ticket will be declared the winner.
• Only one ticket per player per week will be considered - specifically, the single winning ticket with that player’s highest total odds during the applicable weekly period.

5. Weekly Prize Periods and Payouts

Winners will be determined and prizes paid on a weekly basis throughout the promotion. Only tickets placed and settled within the specified weekly periods will be considered for that week’s leaderboard.

Weekly Periods and Payout Dates:

• Week 1: 06/10/2025 – 12/10/2025 → Payout on 13/10/2025
• Week 2: 13/10/2025 – 19/10/2025 → Payout on 20/10/2025
• Week 3: 20/10/2025 - 26/10/2025 → Payout on 27/10/2025
• Week 4: 27/10/2025 – 02/11/2025 → Payout on 03/11/2025

Prizes will be credited directly into the winners’ Bolabet accounts on the payout date.

6. Weekly Prizes:

• 1st Place: K1,000 cash
• 2nd Place: K750 cash
• 3rd Place: K500 cash
• 4th Place: K250 cash
• 5th Place: K100 Freebet
• 6th Place: K75 Freebet
• 7th Place: K50 Freebet
• 8th Place: K25 Freebet

Bolabet reserves the right to review, verify, and confirm all entries before officially announcing winners.

7. Freebet Usage Conditions

• Minimum Odds Per Selection: 1.20
• Minimum Total Number of Selections: 3
• Maximum Payout: K3,000
• Validity: The Freebet is valid for 72 hours from the time it is credited. Once this period has elapsed, it will automatically expire.
• The Sports Freebet is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used as-is on eligible Sport markets.
• If unused within the 72-hour period, the Freebet will be permanently forfeited.
• Once all wagering conditions have been satisfied, any resulting real money winnings may be withdrawn in accordance with Bolabet’s general withdrawal policy.

NB! The Sport Freebet must be used exclusively on Sport Betting tickets. It cannot be used on Virtuals, Aviator, Crash Games, Casino, or any other non-Sport products available on the Bolabet platform. The Freebet must be used in full on a single Sports ticket and cannot be split across multiple bets. If the Freebet is applied to any ineligible market or product, it will be deemed void and removed from the player’s account without notice.

8.General Terms and Conditions:

8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Highest Odds Sport Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Freebets and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of Freebets and winnings.

8.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any Freebets and winnings.

8.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

8.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

8.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:

• That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
• To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.

8.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed Freebets for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

8.8 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

8.9 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the use or acceptance of any Freebets, or any related activity or decision, including decisions relating to eligibility, prize distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
