Get ready for the biggest football showdown of the year with Bolabet’s One World Cup Promotion. From the Group Stages all the way to the Final, every correct prediction puts you closer to winning a share of over ZMW1.4 million in prizes.

Predict the outcomes across the Group Stage Rounds, Round of 32 and Round of 16 for a chance to win cash prizes and Sports Bonus rewards. Once the Quarter Finals begin, participants may continue making predictions to earn leaderboard points and compete for a share of the ZMW400,000 Leaderboard Prize Pool. To qualify, customers must place at least one real money bet on any World Cup match with a minimum stake of K20 during each stage throughout the promotion period.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. Compete against other players on the tournament leaderboard for an additional K400,000 Cash Prize Pool. The more you play, the higher you climb.

To qualify for leaderboard rewards, customers must continue submitting predictions through the FIFA World Cup Predictor during the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final by paying the applicable ZMW5 prediction entry fee for each stage and must also place at least one real-money bet with a minimum stake of ZMW20 during each tournament stage.

These terms govern your participation in the One World Cup Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited ("Bolabet"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet's Terms and Conditions of Use, and Bolabet's General Betting Rules, which are all available in store and on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.mw.

2. Eligibility:

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion will start at 12:00 CAT on 08 June 2026 and will end on 23:59 19 July 2026.
• All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
• Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

4. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works:

4.1 FIFA World Cup Jackpot Prediction

• The Jackpot Competition consists of Group Stage Round 1, Group Stage Round 2, Group Stage Round 3, Round of 32 and Round of 16. Participants submit predictions through the FIFA World Cup Predictor by paying an entry fee of ZMW5 per stage. Cash prizes are available for Group Stage Round 1, Group Stage Round 2 and Group Stage Round 3. Sports Bonus prizes are available for Round of 32 and Round of 16.
• Prediction Entry Fee: It costs a minimum entry fee of ZMW 5 to submit a prediction entry for any given tournament stage.
• Qualifying Sports Bet Requirement: To unlock eligibility for 100% of the advertised prize pool in a stage, the participant must also place a separate real-money sports bet with a minimum stake of ZMW 20 on any World Cup match during that specific stage period.
• Reduced Prize Penalty: Participants who submit a correct prediction entry but fail to place the separate ZMW 20 real-money sports bet during that stage will only be eligible to receive 50% of the advertised prize pool for that tier.

The promotion will run across multiple tournament stages:

• Group Stage Round 1
• Group Stage Round 2
• Group Stage Round 3
• Round of 32
• Round of 16

Customers can enter each stage on the FIFA World Cup Predictor for a minimum of ZMW 5 by completing their predictions before the stage closes.

To remain eligible throughout the promotion, customers must place at least one bet with a minimum stake of ZMW 20 during each FIFA World Cup tournament stage.

Entry Windows

• Entries for every new stage will open 1 day prior to the previous stage concluding, and the next stage opening
• Once a stage closes, no further predictions or edits can be made for your predictions and are final.

Stage Schedule

Winning Criteria

• Prizes will be awarded based on the number of correct predictions achieved during each stage.
• A correct prediction means correctly selecting the match result (Home Win, Draw, Away Win) at the conclusion of normal regulation time, unless otherwise stated.

For purposes of this promotion, "Sports Bonus" means bonus funds credited to a customer's Bolabet account for sports betting purposes and subject to Bolabet's applicable bonus terms and conditions.

Important To Remember:

• To qualify for the full advertised prize pool for each stage, participants must place at least one real money bet with a minimum stake of ZMW20 during the applicable stage period.
• Participants who correctly predict all required selections in a stage but do not place a qualifying real money bet of at least ZMW20 during that stage will only be eligible for 50% of the advertised prize pool for that prize tier.
• Where a participant qualifies for a prize without meeting the minimum betting requirement, the reduced prize values will apply. For example:
  • ZMW150,000 will be reduced to ZMW75,000
  • ZMW100,000 will be reduced to ZMW50,000
  • ZMW50,000 will be reduced to ZMW25,000
  • ZMW25,000 will be reduced to ZMW12,500
  • ZMW12,500 will be reduced to ZMW6,250
• The minimum betting requirement must be met separately for each stage of the promotion. Bets on FIFA World Cup Matches placed outside of the relevant stage period will not count towards this requirement.
• In the event of multiple winners within the same prize tier, the applicable prize pool (full or reduced, depending on whether the minimum betting requirement has been met) will be shared equally amongst all qualifying winners.
• NB: Any match that is abandoned, postponed, cancelled, or declared void by the official governing body before completion will be removed from the relevant prediction stage and treated as a void selection. A void selection shall not count as either a correct or incorrect prediction and the relevant prediction threshold shall be adjusted accordingly

Example 1:

A participant correctly predicts all 24 match outcomes in Group Stage Round 1 and places a qualifying real money sports bet of ZMW20 on a FIFA World Cup Group Stage match during the stage period. As the participant has correctly predicted all 24 outcomes and met the minimum betting requirement, they qualify for the full advertised prize pool of ZMW150,000. If they are the sole winner, they will receive ZMW150,000. If there are multiple winners in the same prize tier, the ZMW150,000 prize pool will be shared equally amongst all qualifying winners.

Example 2:

A participant correctly predicts all 24 match outcomes in Group Stage Round 1 but does not place a qualifying real money sports bet of at least ZMW20 on a FIFA World Cup Group Stage match during the stage period. Although the participant has correctly predicted all 24 outcomes, they have not met the minimum betting requirement and therefore qualify only for the reduced prize pool of ZMW75,000. If they are the sole winner, they will receive ZMW75,000. If there are multiple winners in the same prize tier, the ZMW75,000 prize pool will be shared equally amongst all qualifying winners who did not meet the minimum betting requirement.

4.2 Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final Leaderboard Competition:

• ZOnce the Quarter Finals commence, participants may continue submitting predictions through the FIFA World Cup Predictor by paying the applicable ZMW5 prediction entry fee for each stage. Correct predictions made during the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final will earn leaderboard points. Participants will compete for a share of the ZMW400,000 Leaderboard Prize Pool based on their total accumulated points.
• Customers earn leaderboard points based on the closing odds of each correctly predicted FIFA World Cup match result.
• A correct prediction means correctly selecting the match result (Home Win, Draw, Away Win) at the conclusion of normal regulation time, unless otherwise stated.
• The final closing odds for each match will be recorded five (5) minutes before kick-off. These recorded odds will be used to calculate leaderboard points for all correct predictions relating to that match.
• Where a customer's prediction is correct, the applicable closing odds will be added to their leaderboard score.
  • Example (for illustration purposes only):
  • South Africa vs Mexico
  • South Africa to Win = 7.40 odds
  • Customer predicts South Africa to win
  • South Africa wins the match
  • The customer receives 7.40 leaderboard points

• If a customer's prediction is incorrect, no points will be awarded for that match and their leaderboard ranking will remain unchanged.
• The leaderboard rankings will be determined by the total cumulative points earned from all correct predictions throughout the tournament.
• Customers must submit their predictions before the applicable stage deadline for them to be considered valid.
• To remain eligible for leaderboard prizes, customers must place at least one real-money sports bet with a minimum stake of K20 during each of the following tournament stages:
  • Group Stage
  • Round of 32
  • Round of 16
  • Quarter Finals
  • Semi Finals
  • Final

• Only bets placed using real money will qualify. Bets placed using Free Bets, bonus funds, bonus winnings, promotional credits, or any other non-cash funds will not count towards the qualifying betting requirement.
• Customers found to have used bonus funds, Free Bets, promotional credits, or any non-cash funds to satisfy the qualifying betting requirement may be disqualified from the leaderboard and forfeit any associated leaderboard prizes.
• A customer may submit one prediction entry per tournament stage. Customers found to be using multiple accounts, mobile numbers, identities, or entries may be disqualified.
• In the event of a tie on total leaderboard points, the participant whose final qualifying prediction was submitted earliest will be ranked higher. If a tie still remains, the applicable prize will be shared equally among the tied participants.
• The top 10 customers on the final leaderboard at the conclusion of the tournament will receive a share of the ZMW 400,000 prize pool.

5. Prize Crediting:

• All prizes will be credited within 14 business days, provided all verification requirements have been completed successfully.
• Winner verification includes confirmation of eligibility, prediction accuracy, betting history, account activity, and compliance with all promotion rules.
• All winners must complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any prize is credited within the 14 day period stipulated. This may include identity verification, proof of address, and any additional documentation requested by Bolabet.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
• Personal information collected during the promotion will be processed in accordance with Bolabet's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Cash prizes and Sports Bonus prizes will be credited directly into the customer's Bolabet account in accordance with these terms and any applicable bonus rules.
• Bolabet reserves the right to withhold payment until all verification requirements are satisfactorily completed.
• Bolabet reserves the right to audit, reverse, or reclaim any prize credited in the event of fraud, rule violations, or system errors discovered after payout.

6. General Terms and Conditions

6.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the One World Cup Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

6.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any promotion entries, prizes, or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of promotion entries, prizes, and/or winnings.

6.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any promotion entries, prizes, and/or winnings.

6.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

6.5 Bolabet’s records, systems, and server data shall be deemed final and conclusive in determining player qualification, leaderboard standings, qualifying bets, multipliers, rewards, prizes, and all other promotion-related matters, except in the case of manifest error.

6.6 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that their participation in the promotion is lawful within Zambia and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries that breach these terms and conditions or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

6.7 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:

• a) Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
• b) To receive communications from Bolabet in accordance with applicable laws and the participant’s communication preferences.

6.8 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any prizes associated with the promotion for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

6.9 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

6.10 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

6.11 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prizes or winnings from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind – whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential – arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any prizes or winnings or any promotion-related activity or decision reasonably made by Bolabet in accordance with these terms and conditions, including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, promotion qualification, promotion entries, prize allocation, prize distribution, or the cancellation, suspension, amendment, or administration of the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions.
