These terms govern your participation in the Black and Yellow Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”) in collaboration with MTN Mobile Money (“MoMo”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, the General Betting Rules, and all applicable promotional rules published by Bolabet.

 

2. Eligibility:

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Players must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

 

3. Participating Activity:

  • This promotion applies exclusively to qualifying MTN Mobile Money deposits of K20 or more (“Qualifying Deposit”).
  • The promotion covers Daily Giveaways, Random Weekly Cash Draws, and the Grand Draw, all of which are based solely on Qualifying Deposits.
  • The full details of qualifying criteria, draw schedules, and prize structures are set out in Section 5 of these terms.

4. Promotion Period:

  • The Black and Yellow Promotion will run from 12:00 PM CAT on 1 December 2025 until 12:00 PM CAT on 31 December 2025.
  • All time related to the promotion will be determined based on Bolabet’s server time.
  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, or to suspend or terminate the promotion in its entirety, for any reason and without prior notice.

5. Promotion Mechanics

  • To participate, players must make at least one Qualifying Deposit of K20 or more via MTN Mobile Money.
  • A “Qualifying Deposit” means any MTN Mobile Money deposit of K20 or more made during the Promotion Period.
  • Entries are awarded based on the value of each Qualifying Deposit.
  • Each full K20 in a Qualifying Deposit earns 1 entry into the applicable draw.
  • Example:
    • – A deposit of K20 earns 1 entry.
    • – A deposit of K40 earns 2 entries.
    • – A deposit of K60 earns 3 entries.
  • It is the player’s responsibility to ensure they are making Qualifying Deposits during the active promotional periods published by Bolabet.
  • Only deposits made via MTN Mobile Money qualify. Deposits made using any other method do not count toward any draw.

6. Daily Giveaways

  • Daily Giveaways will run throughout the Promotion Period.
  • Draw Time: Every day at 12:00 PM CAT.
  • Prize: 1 mobile phone per day.

How to Qualify:

  • Customers qualify by making a Qualifying Deposit of K20 or more via MTN Mobile Money.
  • Each Qualifying Deposit earns entries based on the rule stated in Clause 5.
  • Example: A deposit of K40 earns two entries into the next day’s Daily Giveaway.
  • All deposits made between 00:00 and 23:59 qualify for the next day’s draw.
  • Entries reset daily.
  • Winners selected over weekends will be announced every Monday once their details have been verified.

7. Random Weekly Cash Draws

  • Weekly periods run from Saturday to Thursday, except for 01–04 December, which constitutes an initial shortened weekly period.
  • Draw Time: Every Friday at 10:00 AM CAT.
  • A total of 4 Weekly Draws will be held.

Weekly Prize Breakdown:

  • 1st Prize: K3,000
  • 2nd Prize: K2,000
  • 3rd Prize: K1,000

Cash winners will receive their cash credited into their Bolabet betting account.

 

How to Qualify:

  • Customers qualify by making a Qualifying Deposit of K20 or more via MTN Mobile Money.
  • Each Qualifying Deposit earns entries based on the mechanic in Clause 5.
  • Example: A deposit of K60 earns three entries into that week’s draw.
  • Entries reset weekly.

8. Grand Draw

  • From 01 December to 30 December, all Qualifying Deposits of K20 or more count as entries into the Grand Draw.
  • Draw Date & Time: 31 December at 12:00 PM CAT

Grand Draw Prizes:

  • 1st Prize: Sony PlayStation 5
  • 2nd Prize: K5,000 cash
  • 3rd Prize: K4,000 cash
  • 4th Prize: K3,000 cash
  • 5th Prize: K2,000 cash
  • 6th Prize: K1,000 cash

How to Qualify:

  • Each Qualifying Deposit earns entries based on the mechanic in Clause 5.
  • Example: A deposit of K40 earns two entries into the Grand Draw.
  • Customers may accumulate unlimited entries throughout the Promotion Period.

9. General Terms and Conditions:

 

9.1 Bolabet and MTN Mobile Money, as the organisers, reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Black and Yellow Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

9.2 In cases of suspected fraud, collusion, abuse of promotion rules, or technical issues beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or irregular participation. This includes, without limitation, situations where customers make Qualifying Deposits and immediately withdraw the same funds without placing any bets or engaging in any genuine betting activity. Any such behaviour will be treated as an attempt to manipulate the promotion. Customers found to have engaged in this conduct will have their accounts blocked immediately and will be disqualified from the promotion, with all associated entries, prizes, and winnings forfeited. Any attempts to manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of winnings.

 

9.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to detect or prevent misuse. Any fraudulent conduct, attempts to manipulate results, or other breaches of these terms will lead to suspension or permanent exclusion from the promotion and forfeiture of any rewards, prizes, or winnings.

 

9.4 Bolabet and MTN Mobile Money disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, mobile network failures, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

9.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

9.6 By participating in this promotion, users agree:

  • That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
  • To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.

9.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

9.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

9.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet or MTN Mobile Money, or any persons who directly or indirectly control or are controlled by Bolabet or MTN Mobile Money, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

9.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize or winnings from this promotion, each player agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers (including but not limited to MTN Mobile Money and any associated payment processors), and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the use of MTN Mobile Money for deposits or withdrawals, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize, or any related decision made by Bolabet. Players acknowledge that participation is entirely at their own risk.
