These terms govern your participation in the Road to the Final with MoMo & BolaBet Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”).   • The promotion will start at 00:00 CAT on 15 June 2026 and will end at 23:59 CAT on 26 July 2026.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

4. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works:

 

Simply deposit the minimum weekly requirement via MTN MoMo between Monday and Sunday during the promotional period to earn your entries. Whether you top up all at once or in smaller amounts, your total weekly spend accumulates to unlock your entries into our prize draws.

 

  • Weekly Draw Entry: Deposit a total weekly minimum of K50 to get 1 entry into the weekly giveaway for Samsung phones, shopping vouchers, and clothing vouchers.
  • Grand Prize Unlock: Take it to the next level and deposit a total of K100 in a week to officially unlock your entry into the Grand Prize draw plus a second entry into the weekly draw. You must hit this cumulative K100 weekly minimum to qualify for the Grand Prize.
  • Multiply your luck: Every extra K50 you deposit in the week adds one more entry to the weekly draw, and every extra K100 you deposit adds one more entry to the grand prize draw.
  • Your entries build up all week long! It doesn't matter if you deposit all at once or in smaller amounts, the system simply counts your total Kwacha deposited via MTN MoMo between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59. Once your combined weekly deposits reach K100, you are automatically qualified for the Grand Prize.
  • Grand Prize 48-Hour Sprint (Week 5): Grand Prize entries will accumulate through Weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4, and will remain open for a final 48-hour sprint during the first two days of Week 5. All Grand Prize entry generation will officially close on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 at 23:59 CAT to accommodate necessary event and venue logistics.
  • Handling of Week 5 Deposits: For the avoidance of doubt, any successful MTN MoMo deposits made during Monday, 13 July and Tuesday, 14 July will count toward both the Grand Prize draw (if the K100 threshold is met) and the standard Week 5 weekly draw. Any deposits made from Wednesday, 15 July through Sunday, 19 July will count strictly toward the Week 5 weekly prizes (Smartphones and Vouchers) and will not generate entries for the Grand Prize.
  • The Grand Prize Draw & World Cup Final Event (Week 5): The Grand Prize draw will take place on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, pooling all eligible Grand Prize entries accumulated from the start of the promotion up to the Tuesday night cutoff. This draw will determine who will attend the World Cup Final Watch Party.
  • Campaign Extension (Week 6): While the Grand Prize element concludes during the World Cup Final week (Week 5), the overall promotion remains active for an additional week. Customers can still deposit and earn entries throughout Week 6 to win the final round of weekly smartphones and vouchers.

  • For the purposes of this promotion, a deposit refers only to real money deposited by the customer using only MTN MoMo. Bonus funds, freebets, promotional credits, or any other non-withdrawable promotional balances do not qualify as deposits and will not generate entries into the promotion.
  • Customers may receive multiple entries during the promotional period, as cumulative weekly deposits generate entries based on the total amount deposited in increments of K50 for the weekly draw, and increments of K100 to qualify for the Grand Prize draw, thereby increasing the customer’s chances of winning.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, entries are calculated based on the cumulative total of all successful deposits made within a single promotional week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59). Deposits do not need to be made in a single transaction; smaller deposits will be combined to determine total weekly eligibility (e.g., two separate K50 deposits within the same week will combine to reach the K100 threshold required to unlock a Grand Prize entry).
  • Only successful deposits made using MTN MoMo will qualify for entry into the promotion. Reversed, failed, or cancelled transactions will not be considered valid entries.
  • Weekly entries will only be valid for the specific promotional week in which they were earned and will reset to zero every Monday at 00:00; they will not be carried forward to subsequent weekly draws.
  • To qualify for the instant ChatBet bonus, customers must place a valid bet using the ChatBet feature during the promotional period. Instant rewards, including free bets, casino spins, MTN data, or airtime, will be credited directly to eligible accounts upon verification of the qualifying bet.
  • Winners will be contacted using the contact details registered on their Bolabet account at the time of the draw, and prizes will be awarded in accordance with Bolabet’s standard promotional and verification procedures.

  • All prize draws shall be conducted by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the relevant draw period. Each eligible entry shall have an equal chance of being selected. Where a participant has earned multiple entries, each entry shall constitute a separate chance to win.
  • A participant may win only one prize per draw. Where the same participant is selected more than once in the same draw, only the highest-value prize shall be awarded and an alternative winner shall be selected for the remaining prize(s).

5. Deposit Lock and Prevention of Entry Manipulation

 

  • For the avoidance of doubt, deposits made for the purpose of obtaining entries into the Road to the Final with MoMo & BolaBet Promotion must be used in genuine betting activity on the Bolabet platform.
  • Bolabet operates a deposit lock feature, which prevents the withdrawal of deposited funds unless those funds have been used to place bets or participate in games available on the Bolabet platform in accordance with Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • Participants may therefore not deposit funds via MTN MoMo solely for the purpose of generating promotion entries and then withdraw those funds in order to redeposit them to obtain additional weekly or Grand Prize entries.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the promotion through repeated deposits and withdrawals, recycling of funds, or other behaviour inconsistent with normal betting activity may result in: disqualification from the promotion; removal of any weekly or Grand Prize entries associated with the activity; forfeiture of any weekly or Grand Prize rewards awarded; and suspension or review of the participant’s Bolabet account in accordance with Bolabet’s General Betting Rules and Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to review account activity to determine whether MTN MoMo deposits are being made for genuine participation in betting or gaming activity.
  • Bolabet's determination as to whether account activity constitutes genuine betting activity shall be made acting reasonably and having regard to the participant's overall transaction and betting history.

6. Physical Prize Transfer, Collection, and Liability

 

  • All physical prizes (including but not limited to PlayStation 5/Xbox gaming consoles, Hisense televisions, and Samsung smartphones) must be collected by the verified winners directly from the BolaBet Head Offices.
  • Risk and Ownership: The responsibility and risk for any physical prize pass entirely to the winner immediately upon collection from the BolaBet Head Offices. Bolabet accepts no responsibility or liability for the transportation, licensing, insurance, setup, maintenance, or any damage that may occur to a prize after it has been handed over to the winner.
  • Prizes are accepted by the winners "as is." Bolabet makes no representations or warranties regarding the technical specifications or performance of the hardware other than arranging for the lawful transfer of the prize to the verified winner.
  • Non-Transferable: All promotional prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or alternative prizes at the request of the winner. Bolabet reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute any advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Any taxes, duties, levies, charges, fees, or other governmental assessments arising from the acceptance, receipt, ownership, use, or disposal of any prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Forfeiture

  • If a selected winner cannot be successfully contacted within fourteen (14) days of the official draw date, or fails to complete the required identity verification and prize collection procedures at the BolaBet Head Offices within the timeframe specified by Bolabet, the prize will be deemed forfeited at Bolabet’s sole discretion.
  • In the event of a forfeiture, Bolabet reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries received during that specific draw period.
  • Any participant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent account activity, manipulating deposits, or providing false information will be disqualified from the promotion, and any prize awarded will be withdrawn or forfeited.
  • All prizes remain subject to Bolabet's successful completion of any identity verification, KYC, AML, source of funds, source of wealth, enhanced due diligence, or other regulatory compliance checks that Bolabet may reasonably require. Bolabet reserves the right to withhold, suspend, refuse, or forfeit any prize where a participant fails or refuses to satisfy such requirements.

8. Role and Disclaimer

  • Bolabet manages all operational aspects of this promotion, including player interactions, transactions, customer support, prize distribution, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Bolabet is not responsible for any interruptions or technical issues players may experience during the promotional period, including network connectivity problems on the MTN network, software malfunctions, server delays, or any other disruptions beyond Bolabet’s reasonable control.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to disqualify any participant or suspend any account where it reasonably suspects that the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or used in a manner inconsistent with the intended spirit of the campaign. 9. General Terms and Conditions

 

9.1. Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Road to the Final with MoMo & BolaBet Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

9.2. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any promotion entries, prizes, or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of promotion entries, prizes, and/or winnings.

 

9.3. Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any promotion entries, prizes, and/or winnings.

 

9.4. Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

9.5. Bolabet’s records, systems, and server data shall be deemed final and conclusive in determining player qualification, qualifying bets, rewards, bonuses, winnings, and all other promotion-related matters, except in the case of manifest error. Bolabet reserves the right to correct any manifest, obvious, technical, or administrative error affecting the promotion, including errors relating to bonus calculations, settlements, promotional configuration, or system functionality.
