1. Introduction

 

The Bolabet Simulate Promotion is here! Be one of the Top 50 users who place the highest number of qualifying bets using the Simulate feature during the promotion dates listed below and stand a chance to receive a K25 Freebet on Simulate and a K25 Freebet on Sport every Monday.

 

These terms govern your participation in the Simulate promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules, and the usual Terms and Conditions of Simulate, which are all available on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.

 

2. Promotion Overview

 

To participate, customers must place the highest number of qualifying bets using the Simulate feature during the specific promotional weekends. Every Monday, the Top 50 users with the most qualifying Simulate bets from the previous weekend will receive a K25 Freebet on Simulate and a K25 Freebet on Sport.

 

Only bets placed using the Simulate feature on eligible sports events during the listed promotion dates will be counted toward qualification. Bets placed on other products or events without using the Simulate feature or outside of the specific promotional dates under Section 5 below will not be considered.

 

For example, if a customer uses the Simulate feature between 23rd May and 25th May 2025 and ranks within the Top 50 by number of bets, they will receive their Freebets on Monday, 26th May 2025.

 

3. Eligibility

 

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

  • Players must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
  • This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.
  • Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

4. Promotion Period:

  • The promotion runs from 12:00 PM CAT on 23rd May 2025 until 23:59 PM CAT on 30th June 2025.
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.

6. How It Works:

 

To qualify for the Freebets, customers must place the most real money bets using the Simulate feature during any of the promotion weekends. The Top 50 users each week (ranked by number of valid Simulate bets) will receive:

  • K25 Freebet on Simulate, and
  • K25 Freebet on Sport.

7. How to Place Bets Using Simulate

  • Step 1: Log in to your Bolabet Account.
  • Step 2: Select the sport you would like to bet on.
  • Step 3: Select the event you would like to bet on.
  • Step 4: Choose the markets you wish to include in your bet.
  • Step 5:
    • For Desktop: In the Betslip pane on the right-hand side of the screen, select Simulate.
    • For Mobile: Tap on Betslip at the bottom of your screen, then select Simulate in the top left-hand corner.
  • Step 6: Select PLACE SIMULATE BET.

8. Qualifying Bets

 

Only real money bets placed using the Simulate feature during the specific promotional windows will count toward the Top 50 ranking. Bets placed outside these periods will not be eligible.

 

9. Freebet Expiry

  • Simulate Freebets are valid for 24 hours from issuance.
  • Sport Freebets are valid for 24 hours from issuance under the same conditions.
  • Example: If credited at 12:00 PM CAT on 26th May 2025, it will expire at 12:00 PM CAT on 27th May 2025.

10. Usage Conditions - Sport Freebet

  • The K25 Freebet must be used exclusively on Sports Betting.
  • Minimum odds per selection: 1.20
  • Minimum total selections per ticket: 3
  • Minimum combined odds: 3.00
  • Maximum payout: K5,000

11. Usage Conditions - Simulate Freebet

  • The K25 Freebet may be used only on sports events where the Simulate feature is selected.
  • The Simulate feature allows users to generate a virtual outcome on eligible pre-match football and basketball events using Bolabet’s RNG-based simulation system.
  • The Freebet cannot be used on live or real-time event outcomes.
  • Bets placed using the Simulate Freebet must be resulted via the Simulate function and cannot be changed to a traditional bet once placed.
  • Maximum payout: K5,000

12. General Terms and Conditions:

 

12.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Simulate promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

 

12.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Freebets suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of winnings.

 

12.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any Freebets or winnings obtained through the us of Freebets.

 

12.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

12.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

 

12.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:

  • That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
  • To receive communications from Bolabet’s sponsors and partners.

12.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed Freebets for any reason and without prior notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

12.8 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

12.9 By entering, participating in, or accepting any freebets from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, in whole or in part, arising out of or in connection with participation in the promotion, the use or acceptance of Freebets, or any related activity or decision, including decisions relating to eligibility, Freebet distribution, or cancellation of the promotion.
