Bolabet Company Limited - Terms and Conditions for Skyward Cash Back Promotion

1. Introduction

The Crash Back promotion rewards loyal Bolabet and Bet Games customers based on their real-money net losses incurred between 01 August 2025 and 07 August 2025. Eligible customers can receive up to 15% cash back on their net losses from the Skyward game, calculated on losses from the previous day.

These terms govern your participation in the Crash Back promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules, and the usual Terms and Conditions of the Skyward game which are all available on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Players must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
• This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion will commence at 00:00 AM CAT on the 1st of August 2025 until 23:59 on the 7th of August 2025.
• All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
• Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend or terminate the promotion in its entirety without prior notice.

5. Promotion Mechanics - How It Works:

• Participants playing the Skyward crash game are eligible to receive 15% cash back on their net losses.
• To participate, customers must place a minimum qualifying stake of K1 on the Skyward game.
• A game round only qualifies if the participant crashes after reaching a multiplier of 1.25x or higher.
• Cash back is calculated at a rate of 15% on net losses incurred during the promotional period.
  • Net losses are defined as: Net Losses = Total Bets – Total Wins
  • The resulting cash back is calculated as: Cash Back Amount = Net Losses × 15%
• To qualify for cash back, a participant must incur net losses of more than K100 in a single day.
• The minimum cash back amount payable is K10.
• The maximum net loss eligible for cash back is K10,000 per day.
• Consequently, the maximum cash back amount a participant can receive per day is K1,000.
• Example: If a participant incurs net losses of K12,000, they will only be eligible to receive K1,000 in cash back.
• Cash back will be credited to eligible participants’ accounts the following day after they meet the minimum net loss threshold.
• The credited amount may be withdrawn immediately or used on any other offering available on the Bolabet platform, including Sportsbook, Virtuals, and Casino products.

6. General Terms and Conditions

6.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Crash Back Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

6.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any cash backs, prizes and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in the forfeiture of cash backs and / or winnings.

6.3 Bolabet and Bet Games reserve the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any cash backs and / or winnings.

6.4 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept and acknowledge that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

6.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

6.6 By participating in this promotion, players acknowledge and agree:

• Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
• To receive communications from Bolabet’s sponsors and partners.

6.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any cash backs for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

6.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

6.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

6.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize/winnings or cash backs from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind - whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential - arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any winnings or cash backs or any related activity or decision made by Bolabet, including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, bet qualification, prize calculations, technical malfunctions, errors in exchange rate application, cash backs, prize distribution, or cancellation, suspension, or amendment of the promotion.

Players acknowledge and agree that Bolabet may collect, store, and process their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including but not limited to name, contact details, and betting activity.
