Skywards Cashback Rewards
1. The Skywards Cashback Rewards programme is designed to offer participants daily cashback based on their total losses incurred during the promotional period. Cashback rewards are only applicable to bets placed on the Skywards game. Bets on other games will not be considered for cashback under this promotion.
2. This cashback is calculated and deposited into the participant's account automatically at the end of each day throughout the duration of the campaign.
3. Participants will receive a cashback amounting to 10% of their total net losses each day. For example, if a player incurs ZMW 100 in losses on a particular day, they will receive ZMW 10 as cashback for that day.
4. All cashback rewards under this programme will be issued in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). This means that the cashback amounts are calculated and credited in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
5. Campaign Duration:
- Start Date: The campaign will begin at 00:01 AM UTC +2 on 24th July 2024.
- End Date: The campaign will end at 11:59 PM UTC +2 on 7th August 2024.
6. The cashback will be processed and credited to participants' accounts daily throughout this period. For instance, the cashback for 24th July 2024 will be credited on 25th July 2024.

7. To qualify for the 10% cashback, participants must place bets on the Skywards game with a minimum stake of ZMW 1.00. This means each individual bet must be at least ZMW 1.00 on Skywards to be considered for the cashback calculation.
8. Participants must place at least three (3) bets each day to be eligible for the cashback. The bets must be placed on the Skywards game and the total amount of bets placed within a day must meet or exceed a minimum of three (3) bets.
9. The minimum cashback amount that will be credited to a player's account is ZMW 1.00. This means if a player's daily cashback amount is below ZMW 1.00, they will not receive any cashback, but if it is above ZMW 1.00, they will receive the full amount.
10. There is a maximum limit on the cashback amount a player can earn each day. The maximum cashback that a participant can receive is capped at ZMW 1,000 per day. This means that while players can accumulate cashback based on their daily net losses, the total cashback credited to their account will not exceed ZMW 1,000 per day.
11. To be eligible for the 10% cashback, players must achieve a minimum run multiplier of 1.25x on their bets. The run multiplier is a measure of the return on bets relative to the total stake. A multiplier of 1.25x means that the total return on bets must be at least 25% more than the total stake placed.
12. Cashback rewards are only applicable to bets placed on the Skywards game. Bets on other games will not be considered for cashback under this promotion.
13. The cashback is calculated based on the net losses of each day. Net loss is defined as the total amount staked minus the total amount won. The cashback amount will be automatically credited to the player’s account at the end of each day.
14. Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or modify the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
15. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond the organiser's control that may affect the promotion's integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw the free spins and any winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud.
16. By entering the promotion, participants agree:
- a) That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
- b) To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.
17. Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed cashbacks for any reason and without notice. Participants waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.
18. By participating in the promotion, every entrant is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.
19. The promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
20. By entering, participating, and/or accepting any cashbacks, entrants, participants, users, and/or winners indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims, or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of cashbacks, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a Skywards-related activity.
21. Self-excluded persons may not enter the promotion.
