1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in Bolabet’s Soaring Drops Promotion offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, General Betting Rules, and the applicable terms of the participating casino games, all available on the Bolabet website at www.bolabet.co.zm.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is subject to the following eligibility conditions:
- Players must be at least 18 years of age.
- Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.

3. Promotion Period
- The promotion will commence at 12:00 PM (CAT) on 2 September 2025 and will run until 23:59 (CAT) on 28 September 2025.
- All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
4. Promotion Mechanics
- To participate, users must place real money bets on any casino game on the Bolabet platform during the promotional period.
- Each Tuesday and Friday during the promotional period, 5,000 users who placed valid bets will be randomly selected to receive 5 Freebets worth K1 each (total K5) on the Soaring crash game.
- Bets placed using bonuses, Freebets, or any other promotional credits will not qualify for selection.
- Each user may receive a maximum of 2 Freebets (K5 each) during the entire promotion period.
- Freebets are valid for 48 hours once credited. Example: If a Freebet is credited on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 14:00 CAT, it will expire at 14:00 CAT on Thursday 18 September 2025 if unused.
- Any unused Freebets will automatically expire after 48 hours and cannot be reinstated.
- The time of crediting can be confirmed in the participant’s account transaction history.
- Freebets are awarded exclusively for use on the Soaring crash game.
- Freebets cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or converted into cash or any other benefit.
5. Freebet Turnover Requirements
- Minimum Cash-out Multiplier: 1.10x
6. General Terms and Conditions
6.1 Bolabet reserves the right at its sole discretion to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the Soaring Drops Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
6.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any Freebets, prizes, and winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud.
6.3 Bolabet reserves the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, attempts to manipulate the promotion, or other actions violating these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.
6.4 Bolabet is not responsible for any interruptions or technical issues players may experience during the promotion, including internet connectivity problems, software malfunctions, or any other disruptions beyond Bolabet’s control.
6.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.
6.6 By participating in this promotion, users agree:
