TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To participate in the Daily Sport Freebet Promotion, a participant must place a bet on sport. For every day that a participant plays sport, they will receive a K10 freebet, which will be automatically processed and credited to their account at 12:00 PM the following day. For example, if a participant plays on 30th August, they will receive a K10 freebet on 31st August at 12:00 PM. This promotion continues for the duration of the campaign, with freebets being credited daily based on the participant's activity on sport.
2. Campaign Duration:
- Start Date: The campaign will begin at 00:01 AM UTC +2 on 29th August 2024.
- End Date: The campaign will end at 11:59 PM UTC +2 on 31st August 2024.
3. Daily Freebet Processing:
- The freebet will be processed and credited to participants' accounts daily throughout this period. For instance, the freebet for 30th August 2024 will be credited to the participant’s account on 31st August 2024.
4. Qualification Criteria:
- To qualify for the daily K10 sport freebet, participants must place at least one bet on a sport game each day.
5. Eligibility:
- The Daily sport Freebet Programme is only applicable to bets placed on any sport league. Bets placed on other sports will not be considered for the freebet under this promotion.
6. Freebet Parameters:
- Minimum total odds: 2.00
- Minimum number of selections: 3
- Minimum odds per selection: 1.20
- Maximum Payout: K10,000
7. Freebet Expiry:
- All freebets awarded under this Promotion will expire 24 hours after being processed. For example, if a freebet is credited to a participant's account on 31st August 2024 at 12:00 PM, it will expire on 1st September 2024 at 12:00 PM.
- Participants must use their freebets within this 24-hour period. Any unused freebets after this timeframe will be forfeited and removed from the participant's account.
- Expired freebets cannot be reclaimed or reissued under any circumstances.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that freebets are used within the validity period. The platform will not provide notifications or reminders regarding the expiry of freebets.
8. Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or modify the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
9. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond the organiser's control that may affect the promotion's integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw the free spins and any winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud.
10. By entering the promotion, participants agree:
- That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information for promotion purposes.
- To receive communications from Bolabet sponsors and partners.
11. Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed freebets for any reason and without notice. Participants waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.
12. By participating in the promotion, every participant is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.
13. The promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
14. By entering, participating, and/or accepting any freebets, entrants, participants, users, and/or winners indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims, or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of freebets, and/or participation (or nonparticipation) in a Sports (Sport) betting or Freebet - related activity.
