Bolabet Company Limited – Terms and Conditions for the Spin & Win Instant Prizes Tournament

1. Introduction

These terms govern your participation in the SmartSoft “Spin & Win” Instant Prizes Tournament offered by Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”) in collaboration with SmartSoft Gaming. By participating in this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms, Bolabet’s Terms and Conditions of Use, General Betting Rules, and all participating SmartSoft Games Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participation is open only to persons residing within the territorial limits of Zambia.
• This promotion is available exclusively to users who are registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

Bolabet reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant before awarding promotional rewards.

3. Participating Games:

This promotion applies exclusively to the following SmartSoft Games:

JetX, HelicopterX, Balloon, MultiHot5, SafariSimba, GeniesBonanza, FootballX, PlinkoX, CricketX, FoxyHot20, WildsAndGods, MineIsland, MultiHotWays, RollX, SlicerX, SmashX.

4. Promotion Period:

• The Spin & Win Instant Prizes Tournament will commence at 09:00 AM (CAT) on 05 January 2026 and will run until 09:00 AM (CAT) on 28 February 2026.
• All time related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website.
• SmartSoft Gaming and Bolabet reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.

5. Promotion Mechanics:

• Players must place a minimum bet equivalent to €0.10 (ten euro cents) in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) – approximately ZMW 3 as at 02 January 2026 – on any of the participating games to qualify for the promotion.
• While playing, players will randomly receive a Prize Wheel Spin. Clicking the SPIN button on the wheel will give players a chance to win cash prizes up to the equivalent of €500 (five hundred euros) in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
• Winning players will receive their cash prizes immediately, which they can view in their Bolabet balance.
• Only bets that meet or exceed the required minimum stake qualify for participation.
• All wagers, spins, and prizes will be calculated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW), based on exchange rates provided by Bolabet’s payment systems.
• It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify the ZMW equivalent of €0.10 (ten euro cents) before placing a bet.

6. Prize Structure:

• Players may randomly receive a Prize Wheel Spin while playing any of the participating games.
• Players have 30 seconds to spin the prize wheel after it appears. If no action is taken within this time, the wheel will automatically spin, and a random prize will be awarded.
• The auto-spin function will be disabled when the prize wheel appears.
• Cash prizes are credited immediately to the player’s Bolabet balance.
• Prize chances on the wheel are randomly generated at the start of each spin.
• Any unused spins will be lost when the promotion ends.
• In case of connection loss or technical issues, affected rounds may be invalid.
• Upon winning a Prize Drop wheel spin, a nominal bet amount may be temporarily deducted from the player’s funds, depending on Bolabet’s payment system policies. This deduction is temporary, and the deducted amount will be credited back after spinning the wheel.

7. SmartSoft’s Role and Disclaimer:

• SmartSoft Gaming is the software provider for the “Spin & Win” Instant Prizes Tournament but does not manage player interactions, transactions, or support services.
• All player interactions, including customer support, prize distribution queries, and compliance matters, are managed solely by Bolabet.
• Any changes to the promotion mechanics made by SmartSoft will be communicated to Bolabet, which will then inform players accordingly to ensure transparency and fairness.
• SmartSoft and Bolabet are not responsible for interruptions or technical issues players may experience during the promotion, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, software malfunctions, or other disruptions beyond either party’s control.

8. General Terms and Conditions:

8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate the SmartSoft “Spin & Win” Instant Prizes Tournament, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, collusion, abuse of promotion rules, or technical issues beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes or winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or irregular play. Any attempts to manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of winnings.

8.3 Bolabet and SmartSoft reserve the right to review player activities to detect or prevent misuse. Any fraudulent conduct, attempts to manipulate results, or other breaches of these terms will lead to suspension or permanent exclusion from the promotion and forfeiture of any rewards, prizes, or winnings.

8.4 Bolabet and SmartSoft disclaim any liability for disruptions caused by technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, server errors, or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet will not be liable for such occurrences.

8.5 It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements in the player’s jurisdiction.

8.6 By participating in this promotion, users agree:

8.7 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without notice. 8.8 By participating in the promotion, each player is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and accepted these terms and conditions.

8.9 This promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

8.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize or winnings from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, players, participants, users, and winners) agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, service providers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind—whether direct or indirect, actual or consequential—arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion, the awarding, use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize, or any related activity or decision made by Bolabet, including but not limited to decisions regarding eligibility, bet qualification, prize calculations, technical malfunctions, prize expiry, distribution, or cancellation, suspension, or amendment of the promotion. By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize or winnings from this promotion, each player (including all entrants, players, participants, users, and winners) acknowledge that they enter and participate in the promotion entirely at their own risk.
