1. Introduction

  • Play JetX, HelicopterX, Balloon, and Multihot5, complete the turnover and multiplier missions, spin the leaderboard wheel, and win great prizes!
  • These terms and conditions govern your participation in the “45,000 ZMW Leaderboard” promotion offered through Bolabet Company Limited (“Bolabet”) in collaboration with Smartsoft. By joining this promotion on the Bolabet platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, Bolabet’s standard Terms and Conditions of Use, Bolabet’s General Betting Rules, and Smartsoft’s promotional rules. This promotion includes completing turnover and multiplier missions, along with earning leaderboard points through a scoring system based on a “leaderboard wheel” mechanism.

2. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years old.
  • Participation is restricted to Zambian residents only.
  • This promotion is open exclusively to users registered on the Bolabet website: www.bolabet.co.zm.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion will commence at 00:00 AM UTC +2 on 11th November 2024 and will end at 23:59 PM UTC +2 on 30th November 2024.
  • The total prize pool of 45,000 ZMW is divided into three phases, each with a 15,000 ZMW prize pool:
    • Phase 1: 11th November - 17th November 2024
    • Phase 2: 18th November - 24th November 2024
    • Phase 3: 25th November - 30th November 2024
  • All times related to the promotion will be determined based on the server time of the Bolabet website
  • Bolabet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the promotion period, suspend, or fully terminate the promotion at any time and for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to cases of technical errors, regulatory requirements, or security concerns. Bolabet may exercise this right without prior notice to players. Players acknowledge that Bolabet’s decision in this regard shall be final, and by participating, they accept that the promotion’s continuation is subject to Bolabet’s operational discretion.
  • Winning players will receive their prizes within three working days following the end of the promotion.

4. Participation Requirements

  • Only bets placed using real money on the full website, mobile, or mobile app versions are eligible for participation in the tournament.
  • Players must complete specific missions to earn spins on the leaderboard wheel. Points accumulated from these spins determine leaderboard rankings, and prizes are awarded based on final rankings at the end of each phase. Participation details are as follows:

4.1 Qualifying Games

  • Players must join any qualifying Smartsoft game (JetX, HelicopterX, Balloon, or Multihot5) on the Bolabet platform.

4.2 Qualifying Games

  • To earn spins on the leaderboard wheel (each spin offering a chance to earn leaderboard points), players must complete one of the following missions:

4.2.1 Turnover Mission

  • In the Turnover Mission, players earn spins by reaching specific turnover levels. Each level has a required cumulative betting amount, and achieving each level grants the player one spin on the leaderboard wheel.
    • Level 1: 2 ZMW
    • Level 2: 5 ZMW
    • Level 3: 10 ZMW
    • Level 4: 50 ZMW
    • Level 5: 100 ZMW
    • Level 6: 250 ZMW
    • Level 7: 500 ZMW
    • Level 8: 1,000 ZMW
    • Level 9: 2,500 ZMW
    • Level 10: 5,000 ZMW

4.2.2 Multiplier Mission

  • In the Multiplier Mission, players earn spins by reaching specific win multipliers:
    • Each time a player achieves a winning multiplier of X300 or higher on a bet, they earn one spin on the leaderboard wheel.
    • A winning multiplier of X640 grants two spins on the leaderboard wheel.
    • For crash games, bets must reach a minimum multiplier of X1.5 or result in a loss to qualify for spins in this mission.

4.2.3 Daily Spin Cap and Reset

  • Players have 30 seconds to manually spin the points wheel after it appears. If inactive, the wheel will automatically spin after 30 seconds, awarding points on a random basis.
  • Players can earn up to a maximum of 10 spins per day from either the Turnover Mission, the Multiplier Mission, or a combination of both.
  • Once the daily cap of 10 spins is reached, the missions page will be frozen for the remainder of the day.
  • Mission progress and spin eligibility reset each day at 00:00 (UTC+2), allowing players to start fresh and begin collecting spins for the new day.

5. Promotion Structure

  • The promotion operates on a leaderboard-based ranking system, where players accumulate points through spins on the leaderboard wheel.
  • 5.1 Leaderboard Wheel and Point Allocation:
    • Each spin on the leaderboard wheel can yield one of six possible point values: 1, 2, 10, 25, 50, or 100 points.
    • Players can track their leaderboard standings in real time within the participating games. All leaderboard points accumulated throughout the promotional period are displayed on the leaderboard.
    • In cases where two or more players have the same number of points on the leaderboard, the higher position will be awarded to the player who most recently earned points.
    • It may take up to 5 minutes for wheel progress to appear on the front screen of the promotion however, results inside the wheel are updated immediately.
    • All leaderboard points accumulated during the promotional period will be displayed in the overall leaderboard within each participating game’s lobby.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are awarded to the top 20 players in each phase based on their leaderboard standings, with each phase distributing 15,000 ZMW in prizes:
    • 1st Place: 5,000 ZMW
    • 2nd Place: 3,000 ZMW
    • 3rd Place: 2,000 ZMW
    • 4th Place: 1,000 ZMW
    • 5th Place: 500 ZMW
    • 6th - 10th Places: 300 ZMW each
    • 11th - 20th Places: 200 ZMW each
  • Players are only entitled to one prize per phase. Prizes are credited to player accounts within three working days following the end of each phase.

7. Game Mechanics

  • Leaderboards update live, allowing players to monitor their rankings within each qualifying game on the Bolabet platform.
  • Players actively accumulate points by completing missions and manually spinning the leaderboard wheel within 30 seconds. If a player does not spin within this time, the wheel will automatically spin and reward points at random.
  • Mission progress and eligibility for spins reset daily at 00:00 (UTC+2).
  • In the event of a data/internet disconnection or technical issue, affected spins will be considered invalid and will not be included in the tournament results.

8. Smartsoft’s Role and Disclaimer

  • Smartsoft operates the promotion software but does not manage player interactions, which are handled by Bolabet. Any amendments to the promotion’s mechanics by Smartsoft will be communicated to Bolabet, and Bolabet will update players accordingly.

9. General Terms:

 

1. Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or modify the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Smartsoft reserves the right to cancel any points earned or withhold prizes if there is suspicion of fraud or collusion among players. Players agree that by participating, they will comply with these terms and Bolabet’s general terms and conditions.

 

3. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion's integrity and proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw the prizes (in whichever from they may be awarded) and any winnings suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud.

 

4. Bolabet and Pragmatic Play reserve the right to review player activities to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions or attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in forfeiture of winnings.

 

5. Bolabet and Smartsoft hold no responsibility for disruptions caused by technical issues, including internet connectivity or software malfunctions. Players acknowledge the possibility of interruptions and accept that Bolabet or Smartsoft will not be liable for such occurrences.

 

6. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure participation complies with all local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries if they breach legal requirements.

 

7. By participating in this promotion, users agree:

8. Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion and any unclaimed prizes (in whichever from they may be awarded) for any reason and without notice. Players waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Bolabet or its authorised agents.

 

9. By participating in the promotion, every participant is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

10. The promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Bolabet, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bolabet, or marketing service providers, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

 

11. By entering, participating, and/or accepting any prizes (in whichever from they may be awarded), players, entrants, participants, users, and/or winners indemnify, release, and hold harmless Bolabet (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from any actions, claims, or liabilities for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim, or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of prizes, and/or participation (or nonparticipation) in a promotion - related activity.
