7. Grand Draw

• A final grand draw will take place on 13 July 2025.
• All valid entries from throughout the promotion period will be included.

8. General Terms and Conditions

8.1 Bolabet, as the organiser, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

8.2 In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotion rules, technical issues, or other factors beyond Bolabet’s control that may affect the promotion’s integrity or proper functioning, Bolabet reserves the right to withdraw any prizes suspected of being obtained through such abuse or fraud. Any attempts to manipulate the promotion will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of all prizes won.

8.3 To ensure the fairness and integrity of this promotion, each participant is strictly limited to one prize per weekly draw. The use of multiple identities by the same individual to obtain additional entries or to claim more than one prize is strictly prohibited. If a participant is found to have submitted entries under different names or IDs, all associated entries may be disqualified, and any prizes awarded may be revoked at Bolabet’s sole discretion.

8.4 Bolabet reserves the right to review customer activity and submitted entries to prevent abuse. Any fraudulent actions, manipulation attempts, or breaches of these terms will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.

8.5 Bolabet disclaims any liability for disruptions caused by external factors including, but not limited to, civil disturbances, service outages, acts of God, or technical issues that prevent participation. Participants accept that Bolabet will not be liable for any resulting losses or missed entries.

8.6 It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their participation complies with all applicable local laws. Bolabet reserves the right to void any entries or withhold any prizes if such participation is found to be in breach of Zambian law.

8.7 By entering this promotion, participants agree:

• That Bolabet may collect and process their personal information (such as name, contact number, ID number) for the purposes of administering the promotion.

8.8 Bolabet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion or any unclaimed prizes for any reason and without prior notice. Participants waive any rights or expectations against Bolabet or its authorised agents and agree to have no recourse or claim of any nature.

8.9 This promotion is not open to directors, officers, employees, agents, or consultants of Bolabet or any associated service providers, including their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.

8.10 By entering, participating in, or accepting any prize from this promotion, each participant (including but not limited to entrants, ticket holders, winners, and any other individuals involved in the promotion) hereby agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bolabet Company Limited, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, auditors, and authorised representatives (collectively, “Bolabet and its affiliates”) from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, demands, causes of action, proceedings, costs (including legal fees on an attorney-and-own-client scale), and expenses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of, in connection with, or related to their participation in the Wina Na Loss Retail Promotion, the acceptance, use, misuse, or non-receipt of any prize or promotional item awarded under this promotion, any breach of these terms and conditions or the General Betting Rules of Bolabet, any alleged or actual infringement of any law, regulation, or third-party right by the participant, any negligent act or omission by the participant during or in connection with the promotion, including falsification of identity or submission of inaccurate information, any injury (including personal injury or death), loss, or damage sustained by the participant or any third party during the course of or in connection with participation in the promotion or receipt of a prize. This indemnity shall be binding upon the participant and their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Bolabet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the suspension, modification, or termination of the promotion, the conduct of the prize draws, or the allocation or distribution of prizes.
